The condo's fully equipped kitchen is designed with convenience and style in mind, featuring sleek granite countertops, modern appliances, and barstool seating for casual dining. Or sit on the lanai for meals with a spectacular view of the ocean, the island of Lanai, or evening lights of Wailea and Ma'alaea Bay.

For added convenience a washer and dryer is located in the condo, so you can pack light and keep your beachwear fresh. While there is air conditioning in the unit, the condo's open design and refreshing ocean breezes keep the space comfortable, offering a true island experience.

*** Construction Notice:
- Starting May 19th, hand shovels will be used to break up the ground so that pipes can be accessed for replacement. The entire project will take 5-6 weeks.
- Work will start near the pool at the existing gas meter and proceed underground over to the pool equipment room, then move near the shops. The sidewalks will be tunneled under with maybe only brief foot traffic interruptions.
- Near the final days of the project: Install asphalt back the next day and reopen it to traffic. With public safety being our top priority, we will erect warning and safety barricades to cover and protect open trenches and any other hazards. We will keep any detours down to a minimum.
- Sugar Beach pool is closed 2 weeks each September for repairs and maintenance. For 2025 the pool will be closed on 9/8/25 and is scheduled to re-open on 9/24/2025.***

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
