Ce condominium de 3 chambres / 3 salles de bain est perché au-dessus de notre magnifique plage de sable blanc et a une vue imprenable sur la mer.
Détendez-vous sur la plage bordée de palmiers pendant la journée, et laissez-vous caresser par les brises des Caraïbes la nuit.
Profitez de la vue sur les palmiers et les mers bleu turquoise depuis votre unité.

Notre condo en bord de mer est meublé de façon tropicale et bénéficie de merveilleuses brises au large.
La chambre principale a un lit King size et de grandes portes coulissantes qui s'ouvrent pour fournir une brise de travers merveilleux dans tout l'unité.
Il ya une salle de bain principale avec douche et maquillage séparé / vanité.
La deuxième chambre a un lit queen size et la salle de bain adjacente à celle-ci a une douche et maquillage séparé / vanité.
La troisième chambre a deux jumeaux qui peuvent se combiner à un roi et dispose également d'une salle de bain avec un maquillage séparé / vanité.
L'unité a Central A / C si vous en avez besoin ...

La cuisine complète a beaucoup de vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, verres et ustensiles et tous les principaux appareils, y compris micro-ondes et un mélangeur pour essayer certaines recettes de boissons glacées. Il y a même une machine à laver / sèche-linge pour votre usage.

Le salon dispose d'une télévision par câble et un lecteur DVD et WiFi gratuit et un accès direct à la galerie.

All the information prior to check in was helpful and the host/manager were very communicative. Very quiet property located near grocery stores and only ten minutes from town. We enjoyed the amenities - the pool well-kept and the property hauled away the sargassum so we were also able to enjoy the beach right outside. Can’t beat listening to the waves, seeing the water, and feeling the breeze while sitting on the porch!

The property was exactly what was pictured in the listing. It was what we were looking for, very quiet, very cute, and very comfortable. Location was approximate this center of the island. Easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. The on-site pool was beautiful and a lovely way to end our days. The A/C unit in the living area was not working properly when we arrived on Sunday, but each unit in the bedroom was working perfectly so it was a very cool comfortable night sleep. A technician showed up first thing quite early Monday morning to check on the AC unit in the living area. He was unable to immediately fix it, but we were able to keep the area cool using the remaining three AC units . Thanks for a very prompt response to this issue.

Nice place on the beach, although there was too much seaweed to get in the water. Complex had a great pool though. It was a good location- outside of Christiansted but not too far away

Condo was clean and roomy. Pool area was nice. There was some deferred maintenance that made it a little frustrating at times. messaged the host four times with questions or comments never got a response. Got a response regarding late checkout three hours after we had gone. Although this had nothing to do with the host beach was unusable because of seaweed piled up on the shore which had a terrible smell

Thanks for staying at Villa Carib, I got several VRBO messages from you during your stay and responded to each of them ( a gate code, fridge handle, late check out, etc) I'm not sure why you did not get them. My reply to your late check out request was sent at 10:36 am...24 minutes prior to your scheduled check out. I see I did miss one about toilet paper. In the arrival material, I encourage all guests to contact me via phone or text at the number provided. Messages sent through VRBO go to emails and I do not see them right away if I am not sitting at my desk. Text or phone call will ensure you an immediate response. Early Christmas Vacation

We had a wonderful trip and very much enjoyed the condo. Great location near Christiansted for dining, excursions, etc and it was awesome having the ocean right outside the window. Fun snorkeling too at an artificial reef right next door, we saw a stingray on our last day there.

Beach Condo

Well maintained property with all of the amenities. The property manager was easily accessible when issues arose and he was very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay greatly.

Fun in the sun!

Check in was easy and the condo was perfect size for our group! We noted a few issues and they were quickly fixed. The location is great. Very close to Christiansted and lots of shops and restaurants!

Dream Vacation

The views are simply amazing! If you aren't into sight seeing and adventure, just being at the condo to relax is enough. The balcony was more than the pictures could show, I could have stayed there the whole time!

Great stay!

We had a great time at this property. It’s very centrally located between all areas and activities of the Island. Property was very well stocked and we’d love to stay there again. Our only complaint is that the beds were kind of hard… could easily be fixed with 3” memory foam toppers. 🙂

Everything we needed was provided. Loved the breezes and sound of the waves at night. A bathroom for each bedroom allowed for privacy and convenience.

The unit was as advertised and better than the photos. It was clean and the air conditioning worked great. We didn't have any issues at the condo. We enjoyed the ocean breeze while eating dinner on the balcony. My daughter enjoyed her early morning strolls on the beach. The neighbor, Pat, was very informative and friendly. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The kids enjoyed using the pool for evening swims. Checking in and out was very easy. Thank you Christine and Earl.

Great time! Minor problem with electricity in one of the bedrooms but Earl was great and a workaround did the trick. Very comfortable place, two good restaurants a few minutes walk away.
