Another Day in Paradise, Luxury Villa on the Beach with private pool !!

This property is a new construction 2300 sq ft Villa on the Beach in Beautiful Salt River. It has two bedrooms, (one King and two twins) twins can be combined into a king upon request. We have three bathrooms with walk--in showers, porcelain tile and unique vanities. The full kitchen boasts an island with counter seating and a large window to pass through to one of the two galleries. The second gallery sits to the rear of the building. As you gaze out the 16' windows across the large gallery to the multicolored Caribbean Sea, you will find yourself in our little slice of heaven. Look up to see the Cypress ceilings and fans throughout the property.

For those who like A/C there are split units in every room (using the A/C is an additional separately metered charge subtracted from security deposit upon checkout).
There is your own private pool just outside the bedrooms and a walkway to the sandy beach.
The famous Columbus Landing beach is just a100 yard walk down the beach. This is the spot where Christopher Columbus landed on his second voyage to the new world.
You can request to have maid service at an additional fee. The cleaning fee is subject to increase depending on the condition of the house upon your exit.

If you have more than four in your party, there is an additional fee per person/ night.
This is a non- smoking property. If you smoke, please do not book our property. Thank you for respecting this for all of our guests.
For the safety and security of our guests, our home is equipped with security cameras outside of all exterior entrances. This includes the back doors which overlook the pool area. There is a security camera at the entry gate on the street and at the walkway that enters the beach.

Guests are supplied with starter items such as shampoo, soap,
dishwasher pods, paper towels (1 roll) and toilet paper (one easily dissolving roll per bathroom) they are not gigantic rolls like most people are used to in the States. Please use this sparingly as we have a very costly, Eco friendly sewage treatment plant since we are located so close to the Caribbean Sea. Additional amenities that you may need are available at several well stocked grocery stores. Feel free to text or call if you need assistance in locating places on the Island or have questions.
