Come escape into a magical oceanfront villa near Rincon!

Villa Sol Rico is a beautiful two-story round home with a 360 wrap-around balcony. The Villa is surrounded with lush tropical plants,fruit trees, birds, butterflies, and lizards. It has both a large front and back yard. Step out the back yard and walk only 100 steps through the palm trees and through the sea turtle protected land to the sandy beach and ocean! The leatherback turtles come to this beach every year to lay their eggs. Depending on the time of the year, there may be turtle nests on the beach!

The Villa is on the Añasco Bay so the ocean is fairly calm all year long and the Villa faces West so you can enjoy amazing sunsets all year long. These sunsets can be enjoyed on the beach, from the balcony and even just sitting in the living room!

If you like to take long walks on the beach, then Villa Sol Rico is for you. You can walk to the right (towards Rincon) almost 2 miles until you reach Rincon Beach Resort. The resort has great drinks and also offers day passes to enjoy the pool. You can walk to the left (towards Mayaguez) over a half mile to the river.

Villa Sol Rico is very spacious and comfortable. The first floor has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed and one full bath. It also has full kitchen, breakfast nook, and open living and dining room.

The floating stairs take you up to the second floor which has two sitting areas/living room. The living room has a smart TV and large AC. It also has two doors to access the wrap around balcony.

The second floor has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and access to the full bathroom. The other upstairs bedroom has twin bunk beds.

All four bedrooms have AC units. The entire house can be comfortably cooled with the five AC units!

We also have a generator which will power the entire house (including ACs) if the power goes out!

There is covered carport for parking two cars. On the beachside, there is an outdoor table with an umbrella and a charcoal grill. There is also an outdoor shower.

The Villa is located in a small fishing village called Playa Tres Hermanos in Anasco. There is a little kiosk bar right down the street, Cueva del Cangrejo, that has amazing crab empanadillas Fri-Sun and crab rice on Sundays. There's a local restaurant, Rancho Grande, across from the Cueva. They have salsa dancing on Sundays. There's a couple other local eateries, a bakery, a pharmacy and mini mart in the neighborhood. Rincon, surfing, resturants, grocery stores and Sam's Club are all with a 15 minute drive!

For those who like to bike, the Anasco Mountain Bike Minions Trail is only 5 minutes away.

Every year during the month of April there is an Añasco Olympic Triathlon, where the swimming portion of the competition takes place in front of the house.

In July, the community celebrates La Virgen del Carmen with a procession on the water of boats carrying the image of the Virgin Mary.

The closest airport is about 30 mins away in Aguadilla (BQN). It's about 2.5 hour drive from the San Juan airport (SJU). We recommend you rent a car so you can explore all the island has to offer.
