Villégiature à Rincon, Puerto Rico: Un endroit spécial pour vos vacances en famille ou des vacances. (Parties ou mariage prix différent). La villa est entièrement équipée; villa avec vue sur la mer (plage avant). Profitez d'un lieu avec plage semi-privée, 2 chambres privées, 1 futon dans le salon, deux cuisine équipée (une intérieure, une extérieure), TV par câble, radio, wifi & Central A / C. Villa avec portail pour la sécurité et la tranquillité. Capacité: 4 à 6 membres de la famille confortablement. Location disponible tous les jours (2 jours minimum) ou hebdomadaire. À distance de marche vous avez disponibles: Boulangeries, confiseries, épiceries, restaurants, fast food, les bars, les zones de surf, pharmacies, médecins de famille, de la police et du service d'incendie.

Villa est très sûr, relaxant et confortable.

Prix: 185 $ p / nuit. Pour la réservation, envoyez une demande par e-mail et indiquez la date de l'intérêt.

The host was welcoming but the rule book was not. NO flushing of tp and NO eating indoors. The plumbing wasn’t a big deal for us but it might be for a family. And it’s quite windy for eating every meal outside.A snug and cozy beachfront cottage on a wild and windswept beach. Easy parking and lots of restaurants nearby.

Great little spot on the beach

We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. As other reviews have mentioned, the house is very small but that wasn’t an issue for us since the outside area was very large and was where we spent most of our time. The outdoor kitchen made it easy to cook outside and the hammocks were a perfect place to get some shade after hours at the beach. Quick drive to Rincon and lots of food options.

Best views ever

Fabulous cottage on the water, direct access to the beach was a plus and the sunset views were amazing. The host Marisol was a delight and very helpful with local restaurants and entertainment options. Will visit again.

Celebratory Get Away

We can’t say enough about Villa Paz and our host Marisol. She was at the property to meet us and was so full of ideas and recommendations for our stay. The property is Literally on the beach and was so peaceful. This was our first time on the west coast of PR, and as they say, West is truly the Best!

This was such an awesome property! Very secluded private beach. Close to everything too. The pictures should be updated it’s not what it looks in the pictures it’s way cooler. it feels like your on an old ship or something very cool experience with the doors wide open on the beach

We spent 3 nights in the house. The sunsets are unreal. So, beautiful. Location is nice as the beach is all yours. We spent most of our time sitting on the covered back porch relaxing in a hammock.

Our experience.

Property was nice and in a great location. Comfortable accommodations. We enjoyed our stay. Air conditioner in my and my wife’s bedroom went out twice which I realize is not the hosts fault. Things happen and we were able to work around it. I would recommend this location.

Wake up to the sounds of the ocean

Perfect place for our family trip! Short/easy drive to Rincon with plenty of options to eat and drink. The kids were able to play on the beach right out the back gate. Great communication with the owners, who acted quickly to replace one of the A/C units that failed. Awesome bakery in walking distance to get breakfast sandwiches and other food. This is our second trip to the west part of the island and we would definitely return.

Perfect for us!

This was a perfect little home for my husband, daughter and I. The beach out front is lovely. The doors that open make the house feel much larger. The area felt very safe to us. Everyone at the bakery close by was very nice. We wish we could have stayed longer. The house is very quaint and perfect for a small group! It was wonderful.

Paradise

The pictures do not do this place justice. Opening those doors in the morning and hearing the waves crash was heavenly. The home is very nice and it has all that you need. The outdoor kitchen is everything… I loved cooking breakfast every morning and we enjoyed eating it on the dining table right on the patio. Marisol was a wonderful host. I cannot wait to be able to go back and visit.

This is an awesome place to stay!!! A little hard to find at first. Once we did it was great. You have your own private beach and private sunset. You can swim, snorkel and surf right out the back door. We will definelty be coming back to stay at Villa Paz! Thank you Marisol! Stacy

Cozy Indoor/Outdoor Living

Our stay was great! The house is so cute with large patio and yard. The beach is beautiful and views amazing. We appreciated being able to take daily walks on the beach, we’ve stayed in the vicinity before and the beach was not walkable so this was perfect. Location was perfect with many restaurants nearby. I’m only giving 4 stars due to the bedrooms being a bit small and not having a place to put luggage. I tend to over pack so pack light and you won’t have an issue. Also there is no oven but an air fryer is supplied. Overall we loved being able to open all the doors to the patio and enjoy the indoor/outdoor living.The owners were not there and we had the entire place to ourselves. We would definitely stay here again.

Could be better

The bedrooms are very small, linens are cheap, wooden doors are warped and hard to open and close, the kitchen is very close to the door, so no place to move, bathroom had very dim lighting, the washer is outside and coin operated, which was not disclosed. On the positive side, the property has a good view of the beach and a large outdoor porch. Could be better with some effort from the owners. Not sure if it qualifies as a VRBO because the owners live on the second level

Excellent but not 3 bedrooms

This is a house that is right on the Caribbean Sea. The outdoor area is as beautiful as the pictures describe. There is a swimming beach about 300 feet from the back door. The property owner was very responsive. The location is on the West side of the island 2.5 hours from San Juan. 15 minutes from Rincón, 45 minutes from Gozalandia waterfalls; an hour from Parguera. The home is residential area and seemed very safe. We chose to eat at house and grocery store was less than 10 minutes from home. The home was very clean and has a shower and a faucet to rinse sand off. It had all the amenities of any property we’ve rented. Please note, the property is not a 3 bedroom property. It has 2 private bedrooms and then a futon in the living room. We stayed 5 nights and had a great trip.

Stunning views!

The location was amazingly beautiful. However, read full description before deciding if this is the right fit for your stay. Bedrooms are small without dressers to unpack your belongings. They should add dressers inside the closets. If you’re claustrophobic, know that the windows have bars for security reasons, but cannot be opened even from the inside. Only one bathroom inside the home, another in separate outdoor building. There were lounge chairs in the listing photos, but there weren’t any, so that was a disappointment when planning a relaxing vacation. Listing is for up to six guests, but the home is too small to accommodate that many. Absolutely perfect for one couple to enjoy the perfect vacation. Owners were very friendly and were quick to respond with our questions and concerns.

This is one of my favorite rentals ever. The home itself is small but the yard is large and inviting with hammocks and an outdoor cooking space and a very large, shaded deck. There are full- wall doors that open the entire place up to the outdoors. Inside, the house was immaculate and the air conditioning was powerful and quiet (perfect for sleeping on hot nights).You will book this place for the private ocean access. We saw very few people on the beach while we were there and it’s absolutely gorgeous. The beach is clean, good for swimming or just listening to the waves. We will be back!

In Villa Paz the holidays are very well spent. A house facing the sea, relaxing and very private. My family and I love staying here. Now we are expanding the terrace facing the sea for more comfort. To sit in front of the sea and enjoy the sound of the sea. The remodeling of the house will be completed at the end of November 2018.
