Profitez de la vue sur l'océan et la montagne depuis un hamac dans notre cadre paisible et champêtre. Faites un plongeon rafraîchissant dans notre piscine d'eau salée. Niché dans les montagnes côtières, à seulement 5 minutes des célèbres plages de Rincon, notre maison de vacances offre un repos tranquille pour les voyageurs fatigués de la ville. Trois chambres avec ventilateurs de plafond tropical et trois salles de bain complètes peuvent accueillir jusqu'à six personnes. Conception en plein air avec des vues de chaque porte et fenêtre. Au sommet d'une colline privée sur deux acres de terrain, notre maison de vacances bénéficie d'une brise rafraîchissante et de beaucoup d'ombre pour se détendre après une journée à la plage ou à la piscine. Air conditionné dans chaque chambre! Prendre plaisir!

Wonderful Place

The property was beautiful with gorgeous panoramic views. The sunsets were just as beautiful as the property. In the warm tropical weather a pool was welcomed - this one was kept clean and clear. The property was quiet, except for the sounds of birds and nature. The owners provided wonderful amenities. Billy and Maria were friendly and nearby for questions and concerns. We will definitely be back!

Amazing house

The pictures don't even come close to showing what a gorgeous property this is! We had Eve we needed with amazing views. Billy and Maria were excellent hosts. We will definitely be back!

Rincon views

We had a great time at this property beautiful views over the valley and out to the ocean. It was easy to access many beaches with a car and the home has a lovely pool. Owner resides in apartment below the property and was very respectful of our privacy and very responsive to the issue we had with one of the AC units, it was fixed the next day. We will definitely return to Rincon again.

Beautiful setting in Rincon PR.

This vrbo has it all. Gorgeous setting, mountains, farm land and cattle and the caribbean sea and sunsets every night. Not to mention the pool and well maintained house and functional kitchen. Billy helped with a few questions we had. The water pressure and hot water was a challenge but we did manage to figure it out. Short ride to town, all in all a wonderful vacation. Hope to return.

Hilltop paradise

Rincon, PR is a beautiful mountainous area overlooking the ocean. Walking into this property is a real treat. This three bedroom home is open and airy. Overlooking farms and the sea. The pool is stunning and we used it every day. Our host, Billy, could not have been more welcoming! We really enjoyed our week here. During the day we would venture out to tour the area and find interesting places to eat. Billy made some great recommendations. At the end of the day we would come “home” some of the most beautiful sunsets. It rained a couple of days - which didn’t dampen our enthusiasm at all as we still ventured out. We highly recommend this property!

A Gem!

This is a wonderful, peaceful place to stay - spotlessly clean, very well equipped (fan, towels, beach chairs, pegs and line for drying clothes to name but a few helpful items), very comfortable and with the most beautiful views. The swimming pool is lovely. The three bedrooms have good air conditioning which is great. Billy and Maria are excellent hosts who live in a lower apartment on the property. They are responsive to any questions and concerns but also offer privacy and quiet to their guests. We highly recommend this house and would love to return one day. Thank you Billy and Maria.

Paradise in Rincon

Where to start. We were looking for a quiet, private place with no neighbors, but close to everything...and we found it. Maria and her husband were excellent hosts, although they live on the property, their house is separate and completely private. The best part of the house is the pool area with its spectacular view. We spent our days among birds, butterflies, hummingbirds, flowers and fruit trees. What a paradise! The sunsets are spectacular. The starry skies at night is something I will never forget. The house is close to everything, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets and more. We will definitely come back!

Amazing find.

Let me start off by saying the pictures do not do this place justice. The house was absolutley amazing. Spectacular views from the property, the pool was amazing we woke up with a do in it every morning and right before bed. Very spacious way more then we needed. The host Billy and Maria were very welcoming. They brought us mangos grown on the property and helped us find some amazing restaurants. Location was fabulous close to the beaches but not too close for the amazing privacy. Thank you all for having us we will be back.

Exceeded expectations

We were originally planning to stay closer to the beach but a friend said the added distance and price to stay here would be worth it and he was right. The view and pool are amazing. Billy and Maria were friendly and welcoming. We ate mangos right of the tree. My kids chased lizards. We came during a record high heat and the AC is only in the bedrooms so the middle of the house was warm but nothing a dip in the pool or mid day siesta couldn't fix. Internet signal was strong of that's a concern. They ask that you not flush paper to the septic which was an adjustment for our kids but we learned to use the bidet. Overall the property is great and we plan to stay again.

Billy and Maria (and Levi and Coco!) were incredible hosts and have a big love for their home and the land. We feel like we made friends and learned so much. Beautiful and Relaxing!

This property was absolutely gorgeous, spacious and perfect, both inside and out! Four adults and two little girls had the time of our lives here! The outside areas and pool are lovely and pristine, and the views are beautiful and endless! The house is equipped with everything you may need, and not too far away from town. We are already planning to stay here again when we return to PR next year!

Stay in Rincon

We had a lovely time in Rincon. This property is beautiful with gorgeous vistas of the coast. Sits on a hill overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed the pool, sunsets, easy driving distance to beaches along the western side of the island and towns in the mountains. Well equipped with easy check in and check out. Billy and Maria are very friendly and accommodating hosts who take great care of their stunning property with very quick and easy driving access to the town of Rincon.

Highlight of our trip!

We had an amazing, relaxing, fun week-long stay that exceeded our expectations. It was a perfect base camp for our family of 4 (two adults and two boys, ages 5 and 9) while we explored Puerto Rico, although leaving the house was always difficult as it was so peaceful. It was our own little slice of heaven perched on a hill for the week! The private location was both a quick trip to downtown Rincon and super easy to head out of town to explore other beaches, waterfalls, and mangroves. We thoroughly enjoyed the ample outdoor spaces and were able to eat every meal outside. The kids were constantly in the clean and fabulous saltwater pool and jacuzzi, and we all enjoyed the views and grounds around the home. Billy was super helpful and available if needed via text, and he even delivered us a fresh bunch of plantains grown on the property for us to have with dinner one night! There was also a full bag of coffee for us upon our arrival as well, a nice touch! The home was fully equipped with everything we needed; all the kitchen/meal prep needs, access to a washing machine (bonus since we were traveling with kids!), beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and coolers which were all super helpful for our outings. The interior of the home was also spacious, thoughtfully designed, and comfortable - our family felt at ease and at home during our stay. We had considered many other rental properties in PR for our trip but feel like we struck gold with this special spot! Believe all of the reviews and the photos because they are real... but prepared to have your expectations blown out of the water! We look forward to coming back to Casa Rincon Vista again in the future! Thank you Billy & Maria!

We live in a small apartment below the property. We generally ask (through phone text or voice message) for permission to come up for routine pool maintenance. The home and apartment have separate entrances and parking spaces, so you will hardly notice us, but we are usually available on short notice for anything that comes up.
