Great location, near lots of good surf spots, clean and comfortable unit. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Nice beach and good restaurants nearby. The only thing that we didn't love was that the hot water was not very consistent in the shower. Not sure there is much that could be done about that due to the size of the water heater.

Wonderful property

This was our first time in Puerto Rico and we absolutely loved this property! Clean, beautiful, private beach with a couple nearby places to eat and a cute little beach store you can walk to. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay!

Our personal, Sandy Beach

The property was clean, easy access to the beach great way to see the beach living part of the island. On and off hot water when showering, depending on time of day; however, overall waking up to beach view was priceless.

We loved the condo and all its amenities! Very clean and well kept condo and location was perfect on the beach. The pool was small and not very clean but still usable.

Beautiful property overlooking Sandy Beach

Property is beautiful and location can’t be beat. We had an issue checking in - the wrong code was provided to us and the lock box was jammed by the housekeeping crew but the owner got us in with about an hour delay. We would stay here again.

The unit was exactly as described. Instructions for gaining access to the unit and storage areas were clear. The location is perfect if you don't want to do much - restaurants are close or in short walking distance, surfing lessons and paddle rentals are a few yards away. I loved it and I wish I was still there.

Perfect Getaway

Location location location! Incredible views! In my opinion the best location on Sandy Beach!. Tucked away in a Shady Cove but only four houses from Tamboo restaurant which is incredible, The wandering bagel is just 200 yards up the road which is a must eat and across the street from the kahuna burger bar and grill which is good as well! Rental equipment for surfing and snorkeling just down the street and a convenient store 100 yards away! Five of us and plenty of room and everything you need for cooking and Beach activities. Enjoyed the pool as well!! Will be back here again!!!! Thanks!!!!

Everything you need for your stay and beautiful views!

The property was exactly as described and was easy to access. We never had to reach out to management for assistance. Cupboards well stocked and working stove, which was an added bonus. The storage unit had comfortable beach chairs, umbrellas and nice coolers. Pool was smaller than it looked but we prefer the gorgeous beach anyways. Showers were sometimes cold but refreshing. Restaurants in walking distance and small coffee shop across the street. The waves were pretty strong so we also visited Crashboat beach which was absolutely gorgeous. Will recommend this listing to friends.

Location! Location! Location!

The condo was immaculate and very comfortable. The view of the ocean and Sandy Beach was spectacular. We loved hanging out on the terrace having coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. The only issue we had was with the showers. Besides the low water pressure (which we could deal with) the temperature of the water was IMPOSSIBLE to regulate. I found this disappointing because the owner responded to another renter in a past review in May/June saying that this issue was fixed but it clearly was not. We did not notify the property mgr. We just rolled with it as we didn't want to to take time out of our vacation to deal with it. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and a great place for coffee (Jake's Java) but you should definitely rent a car. All in all it's a beautiful condo in a perfect location.

Rincon Retreat

The condo is in a great location, with plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and great beaches nearby. Red seaweed had moved into our area so we headed north to Aguadilla and crash boat beach, which was really nice. We lost power for the first two days we were there, luckily there is a generator, however we had no wifi or tv. The property manager Wesley was able to get me access to the router after power returned and I was able to reset it myself. The only major problem we had were the showers. Water temperature was almost impossible to regulate. This was a problem for us and young kids. Wesley agreed it was an issue that should have already been fixed. The property was clean and everything worked well (AC, fridge, washer/dryer) with the exception of the shower heads which were filled with calcium deposits and the unregulated water temp. I would stay in this area again. We felt safe, the people, food, and beaches were great!

We appreciate Dustin letting us know about the shower issue, which was fully resolved. Unfortunately Dustin threatened us afterwards; he wanted to be compensated or else he would air his complaints. We compensated him and he still felt the need to air his complaints. With our decades of experience, we do not recommend this guest to others. We appreciate the opportunity to resolve issues as they arise, and will continue to do so, but do not wish to host people that blackmail us.

Great stay in Rincón

The property was exactly as promised. Check in was super easy and no major issues. The condo has everything you need and then some. We will definitely recommend this location to anyone who wants to experience Rincón.

Idyllic beach vacation

This condo and venue exceeded our expectations and will now be a permanent destination for family vacations. Everything about the condo fit our style and needs. With a 3 year old son, we especially value having a kitchen and a small communal pool, being on the beach with a private access, and being within walking distance of family friendly restaurants. Not to mention - the beach is beautiful. The property manager and owner were also very responsive to early, unexpected concerns - a malfunctioning a/c unit in one of the bedrooms and the negligence/no show of the cleaning service prior to our arrival. We arrived to a messy, visibly used condo, and within an hour or so, a back up cleaning service showed up (on a Sunday no less) to clean and tidy the condo while we went out for dinner. And an electrician fixed the A/C unit. These little hiccups did not detract from our vacation enjoyment. In fact, this was the first vacation with our son where we truly felt relaxed. We look forward to returning on a regular (yearly?) basis.

Wonderful getaway

Great location. Apartment was tastefully furnished and had nice touches like multiple electrical cubes to charge all you’re gadgets. Wonderful AC after a day in the sun. Kitchen well stocked just needs baking pans. Host was responsive to questions. The only thing I would say which was not an issue for us since we are beach lovers and did not use it is the pool is small. Highly recommend this gem.
