L'emplacement du bâtiment est privé, confortable et cela assure à nos clients un plaisir absolu. L'appartement de style studio est parfait pour une personne ou un couple, fraîchement refait de haut en bas. Tous les nouveaux sont les planchers de bois franc, une nouvelle kitchenette et un nouveau lit gigogne qui se transforme en un confort king size, une salle de bain privée avec baignoire et douche, et beaucoup d'espace de rangement.

Nous sommes à proximité du centre-ville de Dallas - du quartier des arts - de Deep Ellum - du Fair Park - du Science Center - du Perot Science Museum - du West End District - de l'American Airlines Center - du Klyde Warren Park qui est construit sur l'autoroute Woodall Rodgers - George W . Bush Presidential Center and Library - Lower Greenville avec tous ses restaurants et discothèques.

Central Expressway (Hwy 75) est à quelques pâtés de maisons, ce qui permet d'accéder facilement au réseau routier Dallas / Fort Worth. Dallas propose également la ligne Dart Rail; la gare la plus proche est Mockingbird et Central Expressway, à environ 1,5 km. Le système de bus Dallas Dart a des arrêts de haut en bas de l'avenue McKinney; il y a des arrêts à chaque extrémité du bloc de notre immeuble. Enterprise Rental Car n'est qu'à un pâté de maisons au nord du bâtiment. Bien sûr, il existe de nombreux chauffeurs Uber différents, des sociétés de taxis et un service de navette aéroport.

Close in and cozy

Great location. This was my second time staying at this property (different unit) while visiting family and it works for me. As noted, the heating and cooling are centrally controlled, and while I would probably have had it a little cooler than it was at night, it wasn’t really an issue. Clean, comfortable and convenient.

Easy access to Uber and Amazon deliveries

It had everything I needed for a months stay. I used my own sheets because I’m spoiled but the towels were great. I did my laundry without issue. There are plenty of channels on the tv but I plugged in my fire stick with no issue.

This property is perfect if you want to be north of Dallas, in a nice quiet area with easy access to all the surrounding areas. There was not a lot of traffic here. The unit was sufficient for our short stay. Mostly clean, but a little tired in the finishes. Watch out for the slippery bathtub. The AC went out on our last day, the owners were very responsive and fixed it within a few hours. The water pressure was good. The bed was comfortable.

Lovley Location, Comfortable Stay

I had such a wonderful time. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated that I had a kitchenette that was fully capable of heating up food and keeping my leftovers in the refrigerator. I cannot stress enough that quite often that the bed is subpar, but that was not the case here. I slept so soundly. The location is Central to anything that you want to do in Dallas, which is Often difficult because the city is so spread out. The host checked in on me to make sure I was doing okay. Parking was very easy. Laundry laundry was free. I definitely will be coming back again.

Convenient Dallas location

Location was perfect for a visit with my new grandson. Efficiency apartment was very clean and I felt safe there, given concerns about the coronavirus. The apt. Is well furnished for a short stay. I spent most days with my family, but kitchen had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable and I loved walking around the neighborhood in the mornings —despite construction projects on nearly every block. I look forward to returning. Thanks Jerry and Joan for providing a safe and comfortable apartment!

Clean and comfortable.

Lovely place to stay

We enjoyed the location of this cute, very clean VRBO. Joan has thought of everything. We needed a full kitchen, but we were able to manage. The location is to die for--everything was so handy--great place to walk, lovely porch to enjoy your coffee, restaurants, shopping. Exceptionally clean, everything was provided! I was there recovering from surgery but, sadly, we did not receive a special rate as was advertised and discussed ahead of time. Otherwise, it was a lovely place to recuperate!

Great!

It was small but met our every need. Very clean and fresh with terrific bed and bath linens and a comfortable bed. We will definitely rent this unit again when we come visit our daughter. The owners also made the experience enjoyable and seamless.

Clean, cozy, comfortable!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay and will plan on staying again any time we visit our daughter in Dallas! Our studio had everything we needed, was nice and clean, and the owners were wonderful! Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Dallas.

This is very much a family-run business my son Jerry is actively involved in running our 11 wonderful apartments. Hello, I am Joan. I was born in Czechoslovakia and I have lived in Czechoslovakia, Austria, Canada and now Dallas, TX. I have traveled extensively in Europe, Canada, Costa Rica and the United States. My favorite places are Tuscany, Italy; Prague, Czech Republic; Toronto, Canada; San Jose, Costa Rica; and southern California, plus Dallas. I speak fluent Czech, understand most Slavic languages, and even speak a little German. I enjoy life, exercise, the coasts and the beach, good dining, theatre, music and travel. I love my work managing my apartments and caring for my tenants and guests.

Fabulous neighborhood that's great now and getting better by the day. There are lots to do in the area; there are plenty of good restaurants and bars within walking distance. Trader Joe's supermarket less than two blocks away. Also, there are many areas to go for a walk, a run or a bike ride if you wish.

A Great Place to live.

The apartment is located in the heart of the trendy Knox District area on the cusp of Highland Park. There is a lot to do within safe walking distance. This is a great area in which to be hungry. GREAT NEWS! Just opened is Trader Joe’s just over 2 blocks away. At your fingertips is a wide selection of fresh foods and groceries along with great prepared meals. If you don’t feel like cooking, there are about 30 restaurants, bistros, bars and other entertainment options within easy walking distance. You will discover a wide variety of food choices and restaurant styles to pick from. Some restaurants are cozy and intimate, some with outside seating and other places that help to bring the night life alive. It is too hard to describe how vibrant and alive this community is; along with being known to be one of the friendliest pedestrian areas in Dallas. We can’t forget to mention the plethora of shops, boutiques and stores including a large Apple Computer Store, Crate and Barrel, Z Gallery and other exclusive shops for that special something to wear, and more.

After enjoying some guilty pleasures there is the Katy Trail, the backbone of our community. Only three blocks away, it is a 3 1/2 mile long walking, jogging and biking trail that goes from SMU to Downtown Dallas. The Katy Trail is nicely paved and landscaped; it gently rolls through the beautiful communities of Uptown Dallas. Hundreds of people take advantage of the Katy Trail every day. Our guests have commented “we didn’t need our car” or “we’re glad we brought our bikes”.

For those guests wishing to go further afield, our apartments are centrally located in the trendy Knox District of Dallas, adjacent to Highland Park, one of Dallas' premier neighborhoods. With easy access to the Central Expressway; it is only 7 minutes to downtown Dallas, 15 minutes to North Dallas, and downtown Plano.
