Experience everything Breck has to offer from this newly renovated Village studio condo. Ski-in/ski-out, located at the base of Peak 9 & steps from Main Street and excellent shopping and dining. Enjoy the updated pool/hot tubs/gym/sauna/steam room/game room/movie room on site. Open year-round!
Free Parking for 1 car in the underground parking garage is included at no extra charge but not guaranteed until reserved.
The space
Brand new completely remodeled studio condo in the best location!
• Located in the Peak 9 Inn building in the Village, at the base of Peak 9 and next to the Quicksilver lift. *Peak 9 may be closed early and/or late season and are subject to snowpack and conditions. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain terrain statuses and operations.
• Studio features a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa.
• Full kitchen open to the living room equipped with everything needed to make a full meal.
• Large bathroom with a double vanity, toilet closet and separate shower/tub area
Parking:
Guests have the ability to park 1 car in the underground garage (height restriction 7'6"). A parking reservation must be made by the host so parking cannot be guaranteed until the time of booking. Cancellation without penalty will be offered if a parking space cannot be reserved.

- All items must be removed by 8pm*
- *If utilizing the locker on check-out day, items must be removed by 5PM (property access expiration time). After 5PM, users will not be able to access their belongings without assistance.
Maximum Overnight Occupancy Limit: 4
Parking Limit: 1 space - Parking for 1 car in the underground parking garage is included at no extra charge but not guaranteed until reserved. Additional or oversized vehicles that are unable to park in the garage must park at either the Ice Rink (closest lot) or Airport Road overnight pay lot. More information can be found at BreckPark.
Provided Items:
• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided.
• Hot tub towels are provided at the pool and in the fitness center.
