EMPLACEMENT PARFAIT! JUSTE INSCRIT LE 18/12/19! «Là où Breckenridge rencontre la montagne», telle est la devise de The Village at Breckenridge Resort. Une véritable communauté SKI-IN / SKI-OUT. De la porte arrière du bâtiment, vous êtes au pied du Peak 9 et du Quick Silver Lift. En quittant la porte d'entrée, vous n'êtes qu'à quelques pas de la rue principale de Breckenridge avec ses restaurants, bars et boutiques.

Notre maison située au dernier étage de Peak 9 Inn AKA Liftside Condos. Il a une vue imprenable sur la piste de ski et les montagnes.

Le dépôt de l'école de ski est situé en face de la cour de notre immeuble et est une promenade courte et facile ... même pour les plus petits pieds.

L'extérieur de l'ensemble du complexe a été entièrement rénové en 2011! Notre bâtiment a subi une rénovation intérieure.

Au premier étage du Peak 9 Inn, il y a une piscine intérieure / extérieure côté piste (serviettes de piscine fournies), 4 bains à remous, sauna, hammam, salle de fitness entièrement équipée et vestiaires.

* Magasin de ski complet au deuxième étage près du centre des congrès, où vous pouvez louer le meilleur équipement et acheter du matériel et des vêtements de ski.

Cette unité confortable a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre séjour. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et tous les draps et serviettes sont fournis.

La salle de bain est configurée en 3 chambres: une baignoire / douche privée, une deuxième chambre avec deux lavabos et une commode séparée. Cela permet à plusieurs personnes d'utiliser la salle de bain.

Casier à skis / rangement supplémentaire situé juste à l'extérieur de la porte de l'unité. Ceci est unique à cette unité - très peu l'ont.

Stationnement / Transport:
• De nombreuses compagnies de navettes circulent fréquemment (pluie, neige ou brillance) de DIA à Breckenridge. La plupart disposent d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et déposent leurs clients au village de Breckenridge.
• Frais de stationnement quotidiens (doivent être demandés lors de la réservation et ne sont pas garantis car le stationnement est très limité. Vous serez facturé séparément) Frais de 15 $ / jour pendant la saison hors ski (1er mai - 31 octobre) et 20 $ / jour pendant la saison de ski (1er novembre - 30 avril)
• Les autres options de stationnement de nuit sont au parking de la route de l'aéroport et au terrain de patinoire, le paiement est effectué au kiosque du lot. Des détails spécifiques sur ces options sont disponibles sur le site Web «Parking de nuit de la ville de Breckenridge».

Best cozy spot in town!

We have vacationed to Breck 3x now with our family, and this was by far the best place we have stayed! You cannot beat the location, it's amazing with a great view! The hosts were superb, they were constantly in communication with us and check-in/out was a breeze. It is definitely a smaller condo, so our family of 4 with kids aged 7 and 11 did just fine w/kids sleeping together on the pull-out sofa. True ski in/out, at the base of Peak 9. Ski rentals from Breck Sports in the same building makes that a breeze too. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect location for all downtown activities and easy access to roads to go on hikes outside of Breckenridge. We loved the unit and all of the amenities.

What an amazing view

The view is amazing! Enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. We ate in twice and kitchen was well stocked then dinner with the best view in town.

Family Hiking Trip

Not a 1st timer staying at this property; great condo/room, awesome views, amenities all excellent! Location is also very good - quick walk to Main St. (bars, restaurants, gondola to peak 7 & 8) ~ will definitely stay at this property on my next trip to Breckenridge.

Amazing Views!

This 7th floor studio unit was perfect for the two of us and WOW the views were amazing!! It is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our trip. It was also a bonus to have a closet in the hall to store our skis and boots! We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the condo and especially loved the view of the ski mountain from our window. We also loved being at Peak 9 as it had the perfect runs for beginner/intermediate skiers.

Amazing view!

Super cute and cozy studio. The views of the mountains are amazing and the unit is clean and fully stocked with everything you might need. It’s a really convenient location close to everything - just a short walk to downtown and to the Quicksilver Lift. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Best view for small family

The three of us enjoyed the amazing view and walking distance to almost everywhere this studio offers. It is perfect for couples or smaller-sized families. The room is well equipped to meet basic needs. The check-in/out process is easy and thoughtful. Overall very pleasant stay!

The one and only complaint is the queen bed. I’m used to a king so it’s a petty complaint! Great location and more than enough amenities for my wife and I. Super easy check in/out. We enjoyed our time!

Awesome stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peak 9 Inn. The room was exactly as pictured, the view was phenomenal and it is in a PRIMEEE location. It was so nice to be able to just walk back to the room right off of the mountain. We enjoyed the hot tub as well - it was clean and they provided towels. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and quickly responded with any issues we may have had. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Breckenridge stay

Property was as advertised. Clean, comfortable, and homey. It had everything we needed. Amazing view!!! Within walking distance of the lift and rental shops. Check in and out process was easy. Great place to stay if you are skiing at Breck. I will say it’s a little small for 4 people but it worked. We would stay again.

Nice but...

Nice, clean space. Found the lack of keys, traditional elevator, and front desk assistance annoying. Will pay MUCH closer attention to the listed price per night versus the final price per night after VRBO's abusive fees.

We loved our condo in everyway! We own a vacation rental business and know what it takes to have a successful home! We are pickier than most and know what we are looking for. This condo was perfect! The views to die for, the bed was very comfortable, bathroom clean and well stocked, kitchen clean and well stocked. Location is perfect!! Garage is heated and easy to access. Best of Breckenridge

If you are seeing this listing, then you have seen the pictures of the view. I’m here to tell you the view is even better in person. I would wake up every morning before sunrise just so I could enjoy my coffee while watching the sun shine on the mountains. Then the location: you are pretty much on Main Street, so all shopping and restaurants are right there. If you are there to ski, the lift is also right there. As for the room itself, it is all you need. Stocked with all the essentials for cooking meals. We cooked several times during our stay. Very clean and organized. The building is also superb. Hot tubs were amazing after a day of skiing or even just a day of relaxing. Everyone we met there was friendly. The game room by the hot tubs was a fun hangout for kids and adults alike. If we make it back to Breckenridge, we will definitely try to get this studio again.

Great walkable location

Remarkable property! The condo was comfortable and made great use of the square footage. Everything was clean and the amenities were perfect. Only comment was the unit was a bit stuffy and the fan provided wasn't adequate to our liking. The view was awesome and made the condo feel larger than it was. Once we figured out the app for access to the elevator, parking and unit things were a breeze. We utilized the parking garage which was a perk. We walked everywhere and never had to mess with the car until time to drive back to the airport. So many options for food and cute shops to explore. Hiking and biking trails galore. The gondola was a great way to see the area. We had a great stay in Breck!

Fantastic location

We loved our stay. The studio was immaculate, nicely furnished, and larger than we had anticipated. The view was outstanding with geese flying by the window every evening. It was an easy walk to get to restaurants and anything else we wanted to do in town. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out was simple and convenient. We hope to return again soon!
