The Space:
The property is in a prime location to the mountains and downtown, provides on-site amenities, and the condo itself feels like it's right out of a design magazine... what more could you ask for?!
On arrival, you'll immediately know that comfort was a priority when outfitting this home. The space is a perfect mix of contemporary and rustic; highlighting earthy tones, natural materials, and cozy furnishings. While itâs just under 1000 square feet, no inch was spared with every corner feeling thoughtful and complete.
The living room is light and airy with large sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony outside. The balcony is a lovely place to start your day with fresh alpine air and your morning brew in hand! Back inside, the living room hosts a spacious sectional that doubles as a sofa sleeper. A beautiful floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace is the main feature and a guest favorite in the cooler months.
The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and everything you need to whip up delicious dishes from home. A coffee maker, toaster, and other kitchenware are available for your convenience. The extended counter provides extra prep space and casual seating for 4.
Steps away, enjoy more formal dining together at the table.
The home sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably between a private bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The primary bedroom features a King-sized bed and access to the wraparound balcony. Steps from both sleeping areas is a full bathroom outfitted with a stand-up shower with custom tilework.
