Welcome to our luxurious Avatar 5-bedroom, 4 bathroom townhome located in the beautiful Windsor Cay Resort. With its private Pool.

As you enter the townhome, you'll be greeted by a spacious and modern living room, designed with an open floor plan that seamlessly flows into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The living room provides a relaxing space for you and your guests to unwind after a day of exploring all that the area has to offer, also a 70size TV.

Moving upstairs, you'll find a loft area complete with a smart 65 TV.

Bedroom 2 The main bedroom is beautifully decorated and features a spacious ensuite with a king-size bed
and a private bathroom with a shower. Each of the other three bedrooms offers its own unique style and amenities, including a queen -size bed, smart 50 TVs, and bathrooms with showers.

Bedroom 4 is designed with an NFL theme, featuring 2 Twin beds TV and Shared Bathroom

Bedroom 5 while bedroom 5 captures the essence of Disney magic Princess décor and a 2 Twin bed, TV and Shared Bathroom. These fun and themed bedrooms are sure to delight younger guests.

Situated in close proximity to Orlando's world-famous theme parks, such as Walt Disney World you'll have easy access to unforgettable family adventures. Additionally, there are numerous dining, shopping, and entertainment options nearby, ensuring that there's never a dull moment during your stay.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

*** Barbecue / Grill is charged an extra fee of U$65.00 + taxes per stay and it is included one propane tank and final cleaning – If the house has one, it needs to be requested preferably before check in date.

*** Pool / Spa Heat is charged an extra fee of $30.00 + taxes per night and it must be for the entire stay – If applicable, it needs to be requested 2 days before check in date.

*** Please, note the Spa is not a jacuzzi or hot tub. The pool and the spa will be heated at same temperature if the heat is turned on.
