Great spot in downtown Tucson

A well kept and appointed property that felt safe. Description was very accurate and was perfect for our week stay in Tucson. Plenty of food, drinks and shopping within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The parking situation is SUPER sketchy. We were nervous walking to our car. There were no towels or body soap. No top bed sheet, just a blanket. It’s the first VRBO experience I have been disappointed in.

Leslie, first I want to again apologize for your experience. I have hosted hundreds of guests over the last 4 years, and although most of that traffic comes from a different platform, our average rating is 4.95. That is the standard we expect to live up to and unfortunately your experience fell very short of that When I checked in, you did communicate the towels and body wash were missing and that you had already purchased some. When I responded, I communicated we had a new cleaning team member who must have made a mistake, and asked how much you spent so I could reimburse you, and to get you an additional credit for the inconvenience. However I never heard back from you. I also never received any communication about concerns with parking or any other issues besides the towel and body wash. I'm sorry you didn't feel comfortable. The parking situation is very normal for downtown Tucson, and the residents in the area are mostly all University grad students. As with most downtowns there is a homeless population, but in my 4 years having units in the area, and my time living in the area, I have not had any issues. Providing a top tier experience is always the main goal and again, I'm very sorry we fell short of that this time. The corrections have been made with the cleaning staff and I would still like to work out a reimbursement for the things that went wrong. If you could please reply to the message I sent you would love to discuss how we can make this right. Thank you

Think college dorm!

Good for walking to college blocks! Horrible for safety. Windows about to fall off and bed is super soft. I did not feel totally unsafe there but the windows are panes, and one lock is half broken off.. very dangerous and unsecure! Shower head sucks.. sorry- true. Homeless outside door asleep. Tucson has a problem(.
