Spacious 2br/ba condominium located in the heart of downtown Provincetown directly on the beach. The unit is bright, centrally located, quiet, and offers stunning views of Provincetown Harbor, Long Point, and beyond. Watch the sun rise with a cup of coffee in the morning, or entertain in the afternoon on the private exclusive-use waterfront deck. Perfectly located in the West End, you'll find yourself close to incredible restaurants, the beach, nightlife, cafes, and activities. No parking. Two full baths. Queen beds. In unit laundry. No onsite parking. No grills allowed by the condo association. I give my guests space but am generally available by phone/text when needed. The condo is central to restaurants and other dining, the beach, shops, nightlife, family-friendly activities, and public transport. It's a great for couples, solo adventurers, and families. The condo is sunny and is situated directly on the beach. It has an incredible private deck with a stunning view. It's a great place to relax. If you want activity, step through the wooden privacy gate and you'll find yourself in the center of town where you can find whatever you want. We are immediately adjacent to Kohi Coffee, Cafe Heaven, & Spiritus Pizza for reference. The condo is about a 10 minute walk from the Boston Fast Ferry. If you drive, there is no parking on-site. However, private parking (for a fee) is available nearby. Almost all of what Provincetown has to offer is within walking distance - this is a very walkable town. Many people rent bikes to explore the National Seashore nature trails and farther away beaches. There are many bike rental shops nearby. You can park on side streets for free or you can park at MacMillan Pier in the center of town or in the lot beside CVS for a fee. Also, per the condo association, no grills of any kind are allowed unfortunately.
