Spacieux, situé au centre de deux chambres, deux bains condominium situé directement sur le port de Provincetown! Cette propriété a récemment été achetée par de nouveaux propriétaires fin 2016.

Situé directement en face de la mairie, au-dessus des commerces de détail, le condo dispose de plus de 1 400 pieds carrés d'espace habitable sur deux étages. Boutiques, galeries, restaurants et vie nocturne sont à quelques pas!

Le niveau principal dispose d'un grand salon avec vue sur la rue commerciale et le Pilgrim Monument, salle à manger séparée, salon fermé, salle de bain complète et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec la taille cuisson à gaz et pleine machine à laver et sèche-linge empilable.

Grâce à des portes françaises de la cuisine, l'accès à un pont de 1 000 pieds carrés bord de l'eau partagé avec deux autres condos: 500 pieds carrés. sont réservés pour votre usage privé. La plate-forme permet un accès direct à la plage et dispose d'un canapé grande section privée, une table privée pour accueillir 6 + et une grille privée complète.

Le deuxième niveau comprend deux chambres, deux avec lits queen size, et une grande salle de bain complète.

Beautiful place

This is our second year to stay at this location. You can’t beat the location. Steps from Town Hall and the back patio views are breathtaking. The owners are easy to work with and available when/if you need them!

Peaceful downtown oceanside oasis

We have been staying in Provincetown for years and this downtown spot checked all the boxes. Well-appointed, meticulously decorated and comfortable accommodations allowed for ease of access and a spot to decompress. In the middle of the downtown action yet quiet and a great escape. 10/10 recommend!

Great condo on the beach, just a few steps from the ferry. Centrally located right next to many restaurants & shops. Impeccably decorated, and a fantastic deck overlooking the ocean.

Perfect Ptown Experience

The location of this property cannot be beat. It's right across from Town Hall and and steps away form the wharf. The decor and furnishings make you feel like you're staying in a design expert's home. They owners are also incredibly responsive and the condo comes stocked with anything you might need to prepare a feast.

Big and beautiful

We loved our stay! Spacious living accommodations, the outdoor private deck was our favorite spot, and the location can’t be beat. Two full size bathrooms is a must for my group, which the house had. We really enjoyed the detail of the house and the warm personality came through through the decoration and personal touch. We’ll always cherish our time here and can’t wait to visit again.

This home is beautiful. It’s located in the center of all the action on Commercial Street. But once inside, you’re in an oasis of art and comfort. ‘Very tastefully appointed and comfortable’ would be how I’d sum up the vibe of this home.

Great space and central location

La Nounoursière is a great place to stay in Ptown! The location is right in the middle of town (< 5min from the ferry; no need for a cab). The main level is very spacious and great for cooking, dining, and general lounging (and working if you must). Lots of people watching on Commercial from the living room windows and views of the harbor from the big back deck. As described, everything has been remodeled and is in great working condition. We used the Sonos speaker system quite a bit! Highly recommended!

Great property in the heart of P’town!

Extremely happy with location and the property. Right in the heart of P’town within walking distance to everything! We had our two small children with us and they also had a blast!! Street noise didn’t bother us in the least. Not even at bedtime. Super easy access to beach. Stairs up to the bedroom are pretty steep, so be mindful of this if you have small mobile children or bad knees. Excellent communication with the property owners. Highly recommend!!

Location, Location, Location & Beach

You can't get a more central location than this spot across from the Town Hall. When visiting town that's all about walking everywhere, that is key. Of its many assets, the second is definitely the huge deck overlooking the water, and the third is the beach access. The downstairs living area is incredibly spacious, and the kitchen is the best-equipped of any of our P'town rentals over the last fifteen years. My only quibble is that I wish that there were screens in the windows, so that on non-hot days, one could open the windows to feel the ocean breeze. But, definitely one of the top places that we have rented in P'town.

Just perfect

This was an amazing find. The owners were easily contacted about any question we had. The space is gorgeous with some super fun decor! Deck is amazing. Kitchen was fully stocked. The only complaint we had (and it’s not even that big of a deal) was there was no propane in the grill tank or the extra grill tank. We should have checked before preparing to grill. But again no biggie- we just baked the chicken! Thanks for th beautiful stay!! Amy

we keep on coming back for more

We have been visiting Provincetown for 30+ years, and this is a great gem of an apartment right in the middle of town directly across from town hall. You literally cannot be more in the center of things. The condo is up a flight of stairs and is the top two floors of the building. The owners have recently redone the place and everything is new and easy to use. if you are looking to relax, there is a great private deck on the back looking directly out at the harbor. and the bay window at the front is excellent to just sit and people watch. if you like to cook, the kitchen is fully appointed with anything you could need. The place is well-appointed and taken care of with nice linens and very comfortable beds. When we come to Ptown, we usually walk or bike everyplace, so the location cannot be beat. We have stayed here twice already and would plan to come back next September.

Gorgeous deck overlooking the water. Spacious living area and fantastic location!

This place is really a gem. The highlight, of course, is the semi-private deck overlooking the water with direct beach access. Great for morning coffee and cocktail parties! My partner loved walking barefoot from the kitchen to the beach every morning with a cup of coffee to wade in the water and greet the sunrise. The living area with formal dining room, living room and day room are quite spacious and very nicely decorated and well maintained. The location is very central and very easy if you arrive by ferry as it is close the pier (it was pouring rain when we arrived, so that was very nice!) A minor limitation that in no way detracts from the 5-star rating is the fact that the bedrooms are small, with little storage or place to put luggage (probably okay for one person in a bedroom, but challenging for two). The bed is quite comfortable though. Despite that, everything was fantastic and the owners have done a nice job in making this a great vacation getaway.

LOCATION, LOCATION, and FRANCE!!!

From the moment we walked in, we were taken by how large the place is - and how well decorated. And then you see straight through to the bay, which is after the large deck and the throngs of people playing volleyball on the beach. The unit is a French circus theme. You see the elephants from Moulin Rouge/Les Miserables(?) as well as many artsy clowns (not scary ones), bears and PTown related paintings. The bathrooms are spacious and modern with large showers. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need. Including two drawers of spices from around the world (definitely check it out before you shop). The beds were so comfortable and it was a hot week so great to have a wall-mounted AC unit in each room, in addition to central air on the first floor, for a very comfortable sleep. One thing to note is the front bedroom looks down on Commercial street and a very loud dance club, so people who don't like noise should be aware to take the back bedroom. I had the front and had no problem with the noise (I live in NYC) and would stay in that bedroom again. It's great for people watching. The charm and views are equal to the best places I've stayed in PTown. I would definitely stay again. Kudos to the owners!!!
