Welcome to newly built Beachway Community! This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home features an open floor plan with coastal furnishings, a private pool, and a rooftop deck with views of Port A. It sets a perfect relaxed and airy ambiance, making it the ideal vacation home.
The large living room windows bring in plenty of natural light, enhancing the overall sense of tranquility and space. Snuggle up and stream your favorite shows on the expansive flat-screen TV. Enjoy seamless connectivity with provided Wi-Fi and cable services.
The roomy kitchen features brand-new stainless steel appliances including a gas top burner stove. This fully stocked kitchen đł includes a versatile coffee maker for your morning brew. With a large pantry for all your groceries and a convenient half bathroom nearby, it has everything you need. The back door opens to a fenced-in private pool area, ideal for relaxing and having fun outdoors.
On the 2nd floor, you will find 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, a king bed, and a TV. The second bedroom also offers a king-sized bed and a television. The third bedroom is spacious, with two single twin beds, and a twin over full bunk bed, separated by a privacy wall for added comfort. There is a private balcony and ensuite bathroom in the third bedroom.
A washer and dryer are conveniently located on the 2nd floor for easy access on laundry days.

If you prefer to stay close to home, enjoy a game of cornhole with family, neighbors, and friends, and create fun memories together! BONUS: This community is perfect for large groups as it consists of 12 units, each with its private pool

* Pet Policy: Beachway Bungalow #3 is a dog-friendly property (subject to weight and breed restrictions). Dogs that are 45 pounds or less are welcome provided you kennel them if left alone in the house and you clean up after them. We charge a fee of $75 per stay (one pet only), please let us know if you plan on bringing a pet so that we can approve of their stay.
* Pool will be heated upon request prior to check-in. Heated to 80-85 degrees. Additional fee of
$50-$100 will be charged.
*Max 3 cars - Assigned parking spaces.
*Must be 25 years of age to book.
