Cette magnifique maison de plage de trois étages est située sur le côté de la plage de 30A et a tout le charme dont vous avez besoin pour vous détendre et profiter des belles plages peu fréquentées de Seagrove et de l'atmosphère pittoresque de Scenic 30-A. 'Always Summer' est une maison de 3 chambres et plus, 3, 5 salles de bains et est parfaite pour les réunions de famille / groupes d'amis et dort confortablement 9. Il est joliment meublé, abordable et bénéficie d'une promenade de 3 minutes de la plage familiale dans des rues tranquilles. Après avoir rempli l'océan, retournez à la piscine et au patio privés pour vous détendre et vous divertir en plein air. (Remarque: la piscine peut être chauffée pendant les mois les plus frais pour un supplément de 30 $ / jour.)

La maison comprend une belle pièce à vivre au premier étage avec écran plat / DVD de 43 "et s'ouvre sur une salle à manger, un porche à manger latéral et une cuisine gaie et bien équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. Le premier étage comprend également une chambre queen et salle de bain complète idéale pour les clients qui ont besoin d'éviter les escaliers, et une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur pour votre commodité.

Le deuxième étage offre deux suites parentales spacieuses, offrant confort et intimité aux parties en vacances ensemble. Chaque suite comprend une salle de bain privée et TV / DVD à écran plat tandis que la suite avant s'ouvre sur un balcon privé et comprend également un espace de travail.

La «Tower Room» au troisième étage avec demi-salle de bain peut être utilisée comme chambre supplémentaire, salle de jeux, lieu de rencontre pour enfants ou endroit pour profiter d'un bon livre par une chaude après-midi. Promenez-vous sur la «plate-forme d'observation» pour observer les étoiles et de longues conversations dans la nuit d'été!

Nice property, with good central location with access to Rosemary and Seaside. Plenty of space for our party, and the pool is a nice bonus. Unfortunately, the HOA of the neighborhood adjacent to the Ramsgate beach access decided to gate off and lock the cut through since the last time we stayed on this street, which necessitates a long walk around the neighborhood, or using the beach access that requires wading through a lake that gets to be 3-4 feet deep at times. While not a huge problem for able bodied adults, it made beach access very difficult for my elderly in-laws, therefore I would not recommend for anyone with mobility challenges.

Great Family Getaway with Plenty of Space and Amenities!

Our families had a wonderful stay! The house was in great condition, with plenty of space for our two families (4 adults and 4 kids). The heated pool was a big hit, with the kids using it daily. The beach was easily walkable, and there were nearby shops, restaurants, coffee spots, and ice cream places—all within walking distance. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house is also conveniently close to Seaside, offering even more shopping and dining options. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place!

Spectacular Spring Break

The stay was AMAZING. The house has plenty of space and bathrooms for the number of people it sleeps. The kitchen was stocked for our stay - plenty pots & pans, openers, plates & utensils, and mixing & serving options. All the appliances worked as they should. The pool is nicely partially shaded toward the end of the day with surplus outdoor seating. The property manager was easy to communicate with and very responsive prior to our stay. We didn’t have a single reason to bother him during our stay.

The house was great. Very clean and spacious. We did have an ant issue but Gary responded immediately. Also, the pool cleaner kicked us out of the pool to maintain it. If they have a scheduled day they come, it might be good to notify guests. We loved the lake outfall as a place for the kids to play in but do note you have to cross the outfall with about 18 inches of water so a wagon isn't an easy option if you have babies to carry

Wonderful!

We had an amazing time from the moment we booked until the day we left. Gary was extremely helpful throughout the process. The property was clean and organized. Beach access was communicated clearly and was a very short walk from the residence. The pool was heated, which was nice during the colder days. Parking was simple and there was room for two vehicles on the quiet street. This are is directly off of 30a and within walking distance to several restaurants and shopping locations. We would certainly book again.

Great for families

We stayed here for our family vacation and it was a perfect house for our two small children. The pool was great and the accessibility to the beach and surrounding towns were great! Gary was always checking in and was very kind. The beds were very comfortable as well. We appreciate the hospitality and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Fall Break

House was a great size, we had more than enough room and outdoor areas to enjoy. Great kitchen layout for feeding a crowd. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Pool is well taken care of. Loved that pool towels were provided!! The owner was quick to annswer all my questions before and during our stay.

Great House

We had a great time, and the house is great. The location is a very short walk to the beach, and the heated pool was great to come back to. We had 4 adults and 4 children, and it worked out great. The location is awesome, and we will be back.

Wonderful Vacation Home!

We had a great stay here! Communication with Gary was fantastic from start to finish and he helped us in any area we needed. The location is great and is a short walk to the beach as well as to many other fun places to visit on the coast. The house was very clean and had all the accommodations that were great for our family. We had a minivan and a truck, so parking is a little snug and had to play musical cars a little bit but we made it work. We would absolutely stay here again!

We fell in love with Seagrove Beach and the 30A experience on our first family vacation in 2004. Over the years we have made many family memories enjoying the beautiful emerald green waves at our neighborhood beach access, building sand castles, catching crabs, riding bikes through the many scenic neighborhoods, paddle boarding on Western Lake, catching Red Snapper and Grouper on a chartered fishing trip, soaking in the sun on our pool deck, star gazing from our third floor observation deck and eating some of our favorite beach foods like smoked tuna dip or key lime pie!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose Always Summer because it fits all the criteria of a perfect vacation home on 30A:

Location
Our home is centrally located on 30A with the beach communities of Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach just 5-10 minutes west and Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach and Rosemary Beach just 5-10 minutes to the east. It is easy to enjoy the many unique restaurants, shops, architecture and activities that each of these communities has to offer. If you want to visit Pier Park at Panama City Beach you can drive 25 minutes east or if you want to enjoy the shopping, restaurants and activities of Destin you can get there by driving 30 minutes west.

Beach Access
We wanted a home that would have a short, easy and safe walk to the beach for young children and elderly grandparents. It's just a 5 minute walk from our front door through a quiet neighborhood before you have your feet in the sugar white sand of the Emerald Coast.

Private Pool
We wanted to enjoy the refreshing feel of taking a plunge into a freshwater pool after a day in the salty ocean water. Our pool is truly private with a large pool deck surrounded by a privacy fence and a large green space behind the fence. The pool lights make it possible to enjoy this space even after the sun goes down.

First Floor Bedroom
We wanted to make sure that family members and guests that have difficulty with stairs would have easy access to a bedroom and bathroom.

Quiet Neighborhood
Our home is close to the beach yet hidden in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end road with little traffic.

Large Private Pool Deck
Many homes that boast a private pool have a pool the size of a postage stamp. Our pool and pool deck have plenty of space for everyone and it truly is a private space surrounded by a privacy fence and green space behind the fence.

Lots of Deck Space
With five different porches and deck spaces there is plenty of room for guests to find solitude.
