Everything about our stay was wonderful. Loved the space in the townhome, our kids loved the private pool, washer/dryer were so handy to do laundry midweek. Had a great time and plan to come back to this property again.

Youth sports

The property was perfect for our needs. Traveling for youth sports tournament and there was plenty of space to relax, sleep well, and wash clothes! Nice pool area, too.

This house was great! In an amazing location and close to everything. The Walmart for grocery shopping is only 5 minutes away which is very convenient. The pool was a huge hit for our family and young kids with it being 90 degrees every day. The heated pool was great for them to swim early in the morning and into the evening. Around 84 degrees the pool temperature was. The amenities for the place met all our needs. The themed rooms were also a big hit.The house came stocked with 2 individual strollers and a double stroller. A bunch of inflatables for the pool and toys and costumes for the kids!I recommend going to the house first before a grocery shop to check out what is all there before purchasing as we found some items we bought the house did already have. No big deal though. One note is the house does back onto a landscape / garbage company so in the later evening and early mornings it can be a bit noisy. The bonus is it’s the master bedroom so the kids rooms weren’t disturbed. The curtains could also cover the entire windows as it gets quite bright from the lights of the company.The pool was amazing, along with the big pool as it was heated just like the house pool. Hot tub was hot. The splash pad and water slides were very cold though.Overall, a perfect place for our week long stay to beat the cold. Erica was a great host and was great at communicating even while her family was away on their own vacation.I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Stay!

We stayed at this property for 8 nights. One of my daughters had a dance competition on Disney property, and her team was staying at Windsor Hills. We loved this specific property for the fun Disney touches in the rooms! It was nice they provided Beach towels to use as well! We enjoyed the pool attached, but also used the clubhouse pool that was a short walk away. Everything was well maintained, we would definitely recommend to families wanting a safe, nice, comfortable, and fun place to stay.

Windsor Hills is perfect for Disney holidays. Well-kept, quiet, safe residential estate. House was very well maintained. Contact with erica was great. We felt completely comfortable. Pool very clean. We just enjoyed it. Would book it again and again. Thank you very much.

Perfect!

The house was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The private pool was very convenient. It was more like a resort. The main pool had food, drinks and groceries. DJ was at the pool on Saturday. Water slides were great. We had a great time. Only downside, which has nothing to do with owner or the property, was we had bad noisy neighbors our last two nights. They were in their pool at 1am with their kids and it woke me up. But this would not deter me from coming back! We all loved it.

Perfect for a family Disney trip!

We had a wonderful long weekend at this beautiful home. The private small pool is perfect for kids and for cooling off after a hot day at Disney. We also loved the water slides, splash pad and pool at the clubhouse. The home itself is absolutely beautiful and clearly newly renovated. The beds are so comfortable, and the A/C is COLD! The kitchen is gorgeous and has everything you need, and the adorable Disney themed kitchen ware, cups and mugs were a really awesome touch! The theming is incredible, all the way to curated wall art, shower curtains and books in the bedside tables. I took notes for my own home!! Erica was an amazing, responsive and gracious host. Her communication and responsiveness was the best I have experienced. We plan to book this VRBO for all of our future Disney vacations. Thank you Erica!!!

Needs some immediate attention

We stayed here for almost 4 weeks. Location was great and very close to Disney. We loved the Windsor Hills Community. Erica was great as well. Always got right back to me when I had questions. The townhouse definitely needs work. Not newly renovated as advertised. The bar stools were not safe. Very wobbly and we were afraid they would break or someone would fall if sat on. No storage in the kitchen at all. No place to put food away. Pots and pans need replacing. Lots of pillows but no pillowcases. Lots of bath towels but very little hand towels and wash cloths. No extra sheets. The place definitely needs a deep clean. There is lots of wear and tear. It is very apparent that other renters have not treated this home as their own. We would stay at Windsor Hills again but not at this home.

Thank you, Alissa, for your helpful feedback. We will absolutely look into the things you mentioned as we strive for the best standards possible and absolute comfort for our guests. We will also consider stocking linens differently for longer rentals like yours. Additionally, I will consider adjusting the listing as we renovated the kitchen and floors in July 2021 but, yes, renters are hard on properties.

Windsor Hills

This property is very nice and comfortable to stay at. The open kitchen and living room makes it easy for the whole family to stay engaged while cooking dinner or relaxing after the parks. The house comes with a double stroller, an ikea high chair, and Graco pack and play if needed. The house does have normal ware and tear for a rental. The beds weren’t bad, had toppers on them. The kids room had some toys and princess dresses. Overall it was comfortable.

Excellent place to stay for disney!

We stayed here for 2 weeks and had the best time. The property has everything we needed and is ideally located for disney with restaurants and supermarkets close by. The private pool was great and we also enjoyed the community pool. The owner was super responsive and we had all the information we needed for a smooth stay.

Has everything you need

This is a great spot to vacation. The heated pool is the frosting on the cake. A very nice modern kitchen and a bathroom for every bedroom. A very responsive property manager, also. Maybe not quite as clean as my own house, but satisfactory. Some improvements could be blinds that cover the whole window wall to the pool, some hooks by the front door, and someone needs to tighten the screws in the stools in the kitchen as they are not usable the way they are.

Great location

The house was clean, and perfect for our family vacation. The kids loved the waterpark on the days we didn't go to Disney. Disney and all parks very close by. Lots of restaurants close by.
