This lovely Villa with 5 Bedrooms and 5 Ensuite Bathrooms and open plan living space has everything you need for a relaxing vacation in Florida. It has 2 King Master Suites with Ensuite Bathrooms on the Ground Floor, along with a Queen Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. It also has a breakfast table which seats 6 persons nestled in the front bay window. There is a formal dining table which seats 8 persons. The living area boasts an amazing view outside and over the lake. It has comfortable seating with a large TV. The 2 Master Suites lead off from the living area. There are patio doors out to the coverd lanai and onto the extended pool deck. There are no rear neighbors and plenty of space next to the home giving it a truly wonderful view during the day as well as spectacular sunset views each evening. There are plenty of loungers, along with a table and chairs for those Al Fresco drinks after a long day at the Parks.

Upstairs there is a small desk area, a Queen room with its own ensuite bathroom and a twin room with 2 single beds and an ensuite bathroom.

A truly wonderful property on a fabulous Resort and situated pefectly for shopping, dining and getting around Orlando - the I4 is a few miles away and it will take you to Florida's East (Atlantic) or West (Gulf) coast so you can enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches.

The Windsor Hills Resort is a gated community which boasts great facilities, all of which are included in your rental price. The Windsor Hills Orlando Resort has a Clubhouse which is open to registered Guests all year round with an arcade and pool room. The Resort features a large communal pool with water slide and hot tub with plenty of sun loungers for relaxing in the sun or shade.

There is an onsite Sundry shop open from 8am - 10pm everyday selling groceries, newspapers, drinks, ice creams and toiletries - just in case you need something quickly. Lcoated near to the Resort is Target, Aldi, Walmart and Publix, so plenty of supermarkets and shops to choose from.
The Windsor Hills Clubhouse also has a state of the art gym for those of you who want to workout. This is open to all registered Guests free of charge. The Windsor Hills Clubhouse also has a 50 seater cinema with daily movie showings. You will need to check with Clubhouse Reception to see what's playing during your vacation. The Clubhouse has a Games Arcade and Pool table for Guest use.
The Resort also has a Sundry shop open from 8am - 10pm everyday selling groceries, newspapers, drinks, ice creams and toiletries - should you need anything in a hurry. The local area near to Windsor Hills is close to several supermarkets - Publix, Walmart, Aldi and Target.

The pool can be heated for your stay during the winter months for an extra cost.
