Perfect one bedroom in law unit

We came for a friend’s wedding in Port Orchard. The suite was perfect for our 4 night stay. It was quiet, EXTREMELY clean, and in a brand new development surrounded by trees and walking trails. It had a nice big shower and great TV. Perfect for what we needed.

Stay was great!

Thank you for your hospitality. The place and the neighborhood were very nice. Only issue was one evening there was a lot of noise (like furniture being moved or put together) in the middle of the night in the connected house. Aside from that it was a nice home away from home stay

Very comfortable and easy. Clean new place on the side of a new house in a subdivision. Nice trails in the greenbelt adjacent to the house.

Relaxing

Overall the stay way phenomenal. Very peaceful surroundings. I would suggest a ceiling fan or oscillating fan or temp control. Checking in and checking out was a breeze, communication has been excellent, and would recommend to stay here! Thank you!!!

You are in a shared residence and hear conversations, toilet use, walking around other noise and the smell of whatever is cooking permeates into the room. All shades pulled down to hide view of trash cans and the backyard which does not appear to be private but for use of the owners.

Cozy and quite weekend get away

My husband and I went to Port Orchard for a friend's baby shower. We live an hour away so decided to stay for the weekend. This suite is so cute and cozy! We really enjoyed the rare weekend day to sleep in. Everything in the suite (and property) was neat and clean. The main house is in a new upcoming neighborhood that is close to breweries, restaurants and shops. We let the property manager that we would be coming in after midnight and she sent us a note in the morning making sure our check in went smooth. She also checked in with us later in the day to make sure that we had everything we needed. Great place to spend a weekend in!

Cozy and Simple

I was in the rental for just under 2 weeks while working in Silverdale. This is the first time I have rented a property that is not the full residence so there was some hesitation. Turned out great - no regrets. The property is an attached MIL suite with private entrance. Very clean space with easy access and all of the amenities. The kitchenette is limited but provides full size fridge, microwave, single burner, dishes, cookware, and utensils so you can cook in a pinch. The area is a new development with new build homes. It is somewhat removed from city center but not far from the highway but a care is definitely needed to get around. The run to Silverdale was not difficult during AM /PM traffic other than through Gorst ( normal). Quick easy little place, good for stop-in visits or for the business traveler looking to get out of a hotel. I pretty much just spent late evenings and mornings in the unit (office most of the day). I will stay again if I’m back in the area and need a place to stay. Quiet, easy lodging.

Our property backs up to an amazing greenbelt with great views of tall trees and only steps away from beautiful trails. Also our suite which is attached to the primary house has a private entrance with small porch and it’s own living room, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom, giving our guests privacy and convenience.
