Not quite as charming as the photo - the surrounding area is spotty (but safe). Bar across the street had loud band music Fri & Sat, but stopped at 9:00. So it was ok.

Fantastic experience

Great kitchen, I cooked almost every day and they had everything I needed to do so. Location is great, very short walk to bars and restaurants and to the waterfront, feels safe overall. Very clean, comfy, and a nice balance of quirky. Would absolutely stay again.

Cozy little getaway

Dottys was fantastic. The pictures only show you a little, it was super spacious, fully stocked, plus some. The decor was lovely and homely and cozy. They had plenty of blankets and anything else you might need to stay comfy and warm. Would recommend this spot to everyone and woukd seek it out to visit again.

Nice bohemian studio next to downtown and the water!!

Great location! Can walk to downtown Port Orchard in minutes... just 1 block away. Nice studio apartment with a very cozy bed. There were plenty of amenities to make the stay easy. The Bohemian decor style is carefree, relaxed, unconventional, and artistic, which my daughter and I like.

Just Charming!

I can’t say enough nice things about my experience. Directions were clear, check in was a breeze, everything I could have wanted or needed was provided. I was in town to visit my dad, my daughter decided to visit also and our host was very accommodating. The space itself is charming, eclectic, the bed was so comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Cute little studio apartment

We only used this place as a place to sleep while visiting with friends nearby, so we didn’t really see the location in the daylight. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean. The only reason that I gave it 4 stars was because it had a smell that I didn’t like. Maybe it was the cleanser but I am sensitive to fragrance so this was not the best place for me.

Historical Little Home

My stay was quit interesting 
. Had to learn to navigate as this is my 1st VRBO 
 learning the ropes at my age :-) Dotty’s House sent me down Memory Lane, as I have my own home renovated .. So glad to be here in the dead of Winter 
. snow, rain and shine is what I walk through and it will be Beautiful in the Spring and Summer 
 but Fall is just as pretty in WA. Thank you Suanne for everything. Debbie

Not what I expected. Smelled musty. Stayed one night out of 4. I am too big for the shower. I like what they have done with the space. Very homey. Wi-Fi was spotty at best. I could not do my work.

Not a separate facility.

Entrance was hallway with rental on left and occupied area on right with TV blaring so that you could hear it door closed. (We did not have the place to ourselves as your add says.) We did not stay and found other lodging. It is only fair that owner kept fee for that night and the next for short notice, but keeping the third night was a bit of overkill. I will still use Vrbo but will study the property descriptions more closely to avoid same situation.

I adore the community of Port Orchard, it has a small-town feel surrounded by the Sinclair Inlet, mountains, and great people. I have lived here for 20 years and have enjoyed being a part of this community. Creating a fun space for our guests has been a wonderful experience and a labor of love.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property is special, we saved it from becoming a parking lot in our downtown area. It was originally built in 1910 and every 20 years they would add a new addition. We are the 5th owner and we love this little house. Dotty's was originally a beauty salon added in the late '60s and we knew it would make a great guest space.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Something special is where Dotty's is located, one block off of Bay Street. This makes for such convenience if you want to explore the community, the Marina, the boardwalk, shops, eateries, and more. During the warm months, bands play outside downtown for all to enjoy! A great spot for a quick get-a-way.
