Located one block off the main street in downtown Port Orchard, cozy, large studio private apartment complete with a full kitchen, living room, comfy bedroom with its own entry. A view of the Sinclaire Inlete from the living room.
Dottyâs place was adorable and perfect for me. It was well stocked, clean, had everything I needed. And was within walking distance to downtown Port Orchard, where there are shops and restaurants, etc. Any question I had Suanne promptly answered. The bed was in all honesty the most comfortable bed Iâve ever slept in⊠It was like sleeping on a cloudâŠ.view of water was beautiful!! My son and family live in Port Orchard and hoping to return often from Florida. Loved every minute there.
Not quite as charming as the photo - the surrounding area is spotty (but safe). Bar across the street had loud band music Fri & Sat, but stopped at 9:00. So it was ok.
Nice bohemian studio next to downtown and the water!!
Great location! Can walk to downtown Port Orchard in minutes... just 1 block away. Nice studio apartment with a very cozy bed. There were plenty of amenities to make the stay easy. The Bohemian decor style is carefree, relaxed, unconventional, and artistic, which my daughter and I like.
I canât say enough nice things about my experience. Directions were clear, check in was a breeze, everything I could have wanted or needed was provided. I was in town to visit my dad, my daughter decided to visit also and our host was very accommodating. The space itself is charming, eclectic, the bed was so comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Thank you, Sueann for a lovely stay.
Not what I expected. Smelled musty. Stayed one night out of 4. I am too big for the shower. I like what they have done with the space. Very homey. Wi-Fi was spotty at best. I could not do my work.
Comfortable and sweet and also well equipped....I loved it. No complaints...but to share info for future
quests, you should know that the bathroom sink does not drain well. and also you might like to know that the internet info is inaccurate....Neither the "Martin Smith" nor the "Garage" worked for me....but I didn't really need it - so no big deal
We were visiting family and this was a nice close place to stay. We were able to walk downtown and it was perfect as an extra sleeping space since our family doesn't have guest space in their house.
What a cute little space youâve created! We enjoyed your comfortable bed and the location is perfect for walkable coffee, shopping, eateries and an evening night out. Thank you for renting to my sister and me.
Dottys was fantastic. The pictures only show you a little, it was super spacious, fully stocked, plus some. The decor was lovely and homely and cozy. They had plenty of blankets and anything else you might need to stay comfy and warm. Would recommend this spot to everyone and woukd seek it out to visit again.
Great kitchen, I cooked almost every day and they had everything I needed to do so. Location is great, very short walk to bars and restaurants and to the waterfront, feels safe overall. Very clean, comfy, and a nice balance of quirky. Would absolutely stay again.
We only used this place as a place to sleep while visiting with friends nearby, so we didnât really see the location in the daylight.
The bed was comfortable and the place was clean. The only reason that I gave it 4 stars was because it had a smell that I didnât like. Maybe it was the cleanser but I am sensitive to fragrance so this was not the best place for me.
We enjoyed our time at the cute and cozy space. It was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed being walking distance to downtown. I would definitely come back!
Dottyâs Place is clean, warm and cozy and has the most comfortable loveseat I have ever sat on in a rental! Itâs a studio but feels more like a one-bedroom the way it is cleverly designed. It is just a few-minute walk to a waterfront park and the main street of Port Orchard. I felt like it was a bargain and would return if I ever need to go back to Port Orchard.
I adore the community of Port Orchard, it has a small-town feel surrounded by the Sinclair Inlet, mountains, and great people. I have lived here for 20 years and have enjoyed being a part of this community. Creating a fun space for our guests has been a wonderful experience and a labor of love.
This property is special, we saved it from becoming a parking lot in our downtown area. It was originally built in 1910 and every 20 years they would add a new addition. We are the 5th owner and we love this little house. Dotty's was originally a beauty salon added in the late '60s and we knew it would make a great guest space.
Something special is where Dotty's is located, one block off of Bay Street. This makes for such convenience if you want to explore the community, the Marina, the boardwalk, shops, eateries, and more. During the warm months, bands play outside downtown for all to enjoy! A great spot for a quick get-a-way.
