Step through a stunning architectural front gate into a hidden oasis in the heart of town. This private yard is perfect for relaxing with a book or unwinding during your travels, featuring an outdoor grill, dining area, and firepit ideal for entertaining.

Upon entering, you'll find a spacious open area designed for fun with family and friends. The gourmet kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals, while a cozy conversation nook by the fireplace includes a daybed with a trundle for additional guests. A full-size designer bathroom with a bidet is conveniently located off the living room.

Ascend the beautiful staircase to the second floor, which offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. This level features five beds plus a convertible couch, with all bathrooms modern and tastefully designed. The highlight is the master bedroom, boasting high ceilings and an ensuite four-piece bathroom equipped with a touchless bidet.

To access the private Au Pair unit, enter through the gate next to the driveway. Black wooden gate along a paved path, passing hedges that ensure privacy in your serene patio. A charming white pergola surrounded by greenery creates a peaceful retreat where you can relax under the sun.

Inside, sliding glass doors reveal your bed immediately on the right, which also serves as a couch for watching TV on the 50" smart TV. Below it is a pull-down desk that can be tucked away to make room for a twin trundle bed that connects to create a king-size bed.

Storage needs are met with drawers and hanging space nearby, while a dedicated workstation doubles as a dining area. The kitchen features a two-burner induction stove, complete with necessary pots and utensils. Coffee-making supplies are provided for your morning routine, alongside a full-size refrigerator and microwave.

A barn door leads to a newly built bathroom with a full-size shower, sink, toilet, and ample storage.
