This 5-star newly upgraded unit has a spectacular floor plan with a Gulf-front balcony. Sea-inspired furnishings, stainless steel appliances, featuring 3 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Get ready for all the comforts of home but with the ultimate beach experience. Shores of Panama has a heated indoor pool as well as a stunning 14,000 sq. ft. Gulf-front lagoon-style pool with Tiki bar, indoor and outdoor with hot tubs, a full spa, fitness center, and on-site food and beverage service. There is a coffee shop located on the property, and youâll be just steps away from the Famous Pineapple Willyâs Restaurant.
Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
About the Vacation Rental Unit:
2 King Suites plus a Bunk Room. All 3 bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom. Amazing gulf views from kitchen, dining, living room and spacious balcony. Unit has an assigned parking spot on the 8th floor-walk from your car to your condo without the use of an elevator.

Unit 819 has amazing Gulf Front Views, overlooking the tropical lagoon pool and a Gorgeous Direct View of the Gulf of Mexico's tranquil emerald water. Perfect to sit back and relax on the balcony after a fun filled day at the beach! We have a fully stocked kitchen with a crockpot and all the gadgets, everything you need to have the comforts of home in this Tropical Destination Oasis! 3 bedrooms with 3 baths, so no need to feel cramped with this spacious floor plan!

Small trailers: Allowed only on the 12th floor of the garage.

If youâre bringing an additional vehicle, youâll need to park any additional vehicles in public beach lots nearby. The closest is Ripleyâs Believe It or Not public lot, just around the corner. There are 3 more public parking locations we will share with booking guests. Use the Passport Parking App to pay and manage your parking: you may download via App Store or Google Play or simply visit passportparking's website. For questions about city lots, contact Public Works.

Shores of Panama features a 14,000 sq. ft. lagoon-style pool, an indoor heated pool with hot tub, modern fitness center, 2 poolside tiki bars, and more.
Oceanfront views await you as well as limitless amazing activities, including nearby shopping and dining. Your private balcony is ideal for sipping a sunset cocktail before heading out to one of the many restaurants in the area.
While staying at the Shores of Panama, youâll be minutes away from everything you could need! Youâll have access to beachside activities, watersports, and onsite beach chair/umbrella rentals. Wal-Mart is across the street, and you are about a mile away from Pier Park, Panama City Beachâs premier shopping and dining area. You are steps away from Pineapple Willyâs Beachfront Bar as well as Ripleyâs Museum. Youâll be across the street from the new 810 Billiard and Bowling complex - with sports simulators, Krazy Darts, axe throwing, an arcade, a restaurant/bar and a Mean Mugs milkshake bar and many other dining, entertainment and shopping options. Like to golf? Signal Hill Golf Course is very close by. For the less serious golfer, there are multiple places to play miniature golf in the area.
Also, there is now a poolside food hut and 1 poolside tiki bar! The food hut offers shrimp boil, pizza, salads, sandwiches, and kidsâ meals. There is also an inside coffee/donut/ice cream shop in the lobby area. There are poolside lockers for guests to purchase for storing valuables when swimming.
