At over 1,300 square feet, this townhome feels open and welcoming. The carport is steps away from the private front patio where you can sit and gaze at the mountains. Entering the home, sight lines run through the light-filled great room out to the back patio which is accessed by both the living room and main bedroom. Custom-painted walls reinforce the texture and colors of the desert southwest, and the works of Arizona artists are displayed. The cheery kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, and even some countertop appliances. A peninsula separates the kitchen from the dining space and living room. Next to the dining room table, a large window looks up at the 10,000-foot-tall Catalina mountains. This space also has a 50" smart TV. The internet download speed is 100 Mbps.
The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a hybrid memory foam mattress. With room-darkening drapes, and decorated in shades of teal and blue, this peaceful space has access to the back patio. There is a dresser, set of nightstands, and a huge wall-length closet with mirrored doors. A rattan headboard gives this room boho vibes. On the dresser is a 42’ Roku-enabled TV. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower, skylight, full vanity, with a color scheme that compliments the bedroom.
The second bedroom also features a queen-sized bed with a memory foam mattress. Along with a dresser, nightstands, and a large closet with mirrored doors, this room also has a desk and chair. A computer monitor is provided. A skylight and window facing the mountains ensure a sunny space. Mid-century modern furniture feels crisp and calming. This room has a 37” Roku-enabled TV.
The second bathroom is located off of the hall. It has a tub, full vanity, skylight, and a playful, colorful palette. Both bathrooms feature pictures of the work of renowned glass artist Dale Chihuly.
The washer and dryer are located in a closet across the hall from the second bathroom. Although not suitable for everything, a rod allows for some clothes to be hung on hangers to dry in the closet.
Finally, the back patio is a private, walled space with some water-smart plants. You are welcome to have your own plant babies too. With an umbrella table at one end, and lawn chairs at the other, guests can choose where to have their cup of coffee or glass of wine. A keyed gate allows access from the easement space behind the home. This offers handy and secure bicycle storage.
