We stayed in this beautiful home for the U of A parents weekend this year and it was perfect for our group. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out and tons of privacy. The home is well equipped and very clean with large bedrooms and soft linens. There is plenty of parking and an outdoor grill too. The location is perfect- close to campus, great restaurants and retail stores which is key. Communication with the owner was seamless. The owner really went out of his way to make sure everything was in order. We felt very well taken care of in this home.

UofA Family Weekend

We had a great stay here with 6 adults over family weekend. Everything was as listed and Moe was great to communicate with. We were comfortable and enjoyed having the space to hang out with our college students.

Perfect home for our trip to Tucson

This home was perfect for our trip to Tucson. It was beautiful with lots of space for our family and dog. It was well stocked and Moe was quick to respond to any questions we had. It is centrally located and tucked in a nice quiet complex just off the main road. I'd definitely recommend staying here and I'm sure we'll be back!

Great Property

Beautifully appointed and well laid out, the property was perfect for a visit to Tucson by my wife and I, our 2 adult daughters and their husbands. Walking distance to shopping, quirky coffee shop, fun cocktail bar, and pickleball courts. Moe was very responsive and accommodating - a great host!

Nice place

House was perfect for our short stay in Tuscon. Mo was very easy to communicate with and the condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. There is a slight issue with the alarm for the place - it would randomly go off....but should be able to be fixed easily. We had a great time.

Great condo

A very nice condo in a great location. The condo was very nice, especially the backyard. The cleaning crew could up their game. There wasn’t shampoo or soap for the showers or enough towels. Overall, it was a nice place for a fun Tucson weekend.

You won't find a friendlier more responsive owner

How many people willingly move out of their home to allow you to enjoy their comforts?? This location puts you in the middle of a lovely, quiet group of college students close to most everything Tucson has to offer. Two historical neighborhoods perfect for walking right outside your door. You will be within walking distance to golf and pickleball.

Enjoyed our stay.

The property was in a good location near a lovely neighborhood and near a large park. Although it was near a busy city street, it was set back, and we did not hear traffic noise from inside the condo. The condo was well stocked with drinks and food supplied by the owner. The only problem was the the dishwasher did not work, and the owner could not find a repairman while we were there. The owner claims that he was going to purchase a new dishwasher after we left. The owner was very responsive otherwise. There is a gas grill and a fire pit. in the back patio area (but there was no kindling so we couldn't get the fire to stay lit). We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing host and property!

This property was a pleasant surprise! We were going through construction at our home and desperately needed somewhere to go with our two parrots, three dogs and two kids plus friends. Moe responded immediately when I initially asked if he would accept all of our animals. When I booked this property, I thought it was a stand alone residence but found out when we arrived that it's a condo/townhouse. I was weary because of all of our animals and kids that the neighbors may not be happy by the end of our stay (animals in a new place can be a lot of noise). Boy was I surprised on how big this place is, how quiet it is even being right off of Broadway, so close to El Con and how close the neighbors are. We never heard the neighbors, rarely saw anyone else and truly enjoyed this lovely house! We had many snags with construction at our home during our stay. Moe rolled with every punch and even helped with his immense knowledge to help us navigate the insurance system (lots of sleepless nights as most know). He didn't even bat an eye when I messaged him with every change we needed. Moe went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and to know we are "home" until our actual home was finished. He responded promptly to every message sent, even if it was to just ask when the trash should be taken to the curb. My whole family has truly enjoyed our stay at this hidden gem. Thank you, Moe. You've made this stay memorable!

Overall a nice home, cute decor and setup, however I would have liked to know beforehand about the giant red stain on the floor upstairs. There was a car parked outside when we got there and the first thing we saw upstairs was what looked to be a giant blood stain on the floor. Looking around, there were more red splatters throughout the house on the floor, on the bathroom wall, and elsewhere. After running out to the car and then communicating with the host to find out the stain was old, and then doing a thorough sweep of the upstairs, we had a great rest of our night. The house did smell strongly of cigarettes as soon as we walked in though. In total with fees I paid over 700 for one night, and I don’t think I would pay that again.

Thank you , 700$ for 8-10 guests make sense Also the house has luxurious home Fragrances OUD/Tobacco /leather giant bottle give the house the character. the Wood stained is permanent .

Family Weekend

We stayed at this property for U of A, Family Weekend. We would highly recommend renting this property. The condo was very clean, stocked well, very comfortable, close to campus and Moe was very responsive. We will definitely rent this property again!

Graduation Weekend

My family came from several states for graduation weekend and we didn’t want a hotel with separate rooms. This house allowed us to cook meals together and share morning coffee. Great house and the owner Moe was very generous. Recommend!

Tucson great location

Moe was a great host. It was very easy to check in and the location was perfect. We had our dog and he did not like the rocks in the back yard, but learned to deal with it. The surrounding area was great for dog walking. We had an issue in the home and Moe was able to resolve it relatively quickly. We have family in the area and will be happy to stay again.

Relaxing in Tucson

Moe, the owner is awesome! Every issue we had he was right there to help us and went out of his way. We traveled from Missouri and he allowed us early access to the condo. My son's family (they have a 2 year old), traveled from San Diego. Originally we were to stay for 5 nights, but the weather was to bad to travel home and Moe graciously allowed us to stay another night. During our stay we did experience a problem with the dishwasher, so Moe delivered a $100 gift card so we could eat out a couple times and not wash dishes by hand. The stairs are pretty steep and all the full bathes/bedrooms are upstairs. My pregnant daughter-in-law did slip coming down and fall, so I would use caution when using the stairs. The condo has lots of living space and a half bath is by the kitchen, which was very convenient. The kitchen could use a few more baking pans, frying pans and storage containers for those that want to stay in and cook more. It is quiet and centrally located to a big park, with lots of restaurants and stores for shopping. There's a Wal-Mart & Target just down the street! We would definitely stay here again.
