Great space for family and kitchen equipped with everything we needed to cook a lot or a little. The neighborhood was pleasant (hilly and sometimes hard to find parking - but there is a garage space for compact cars) and had easy driving access to restaurants and groceries. Getting to sights was easy, close to stadiums, waterfront and highways. Super well organized with amenities in the house. Also awesome toy box, games, and folding toddler bed - thank you!
Felt like home! The house has everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located in downtown, and the neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Our subaru Impreza hatchback is perfectly fit in the garage. Communication with Jan was great. Thank you for making us feel like home!
We were going to celebrate my daughterâs 25th bday for this trip to Seattle. The house was very cozy, comfortable, and beautiful. We had all the amenities that we needed, we were even welcomed with a bottle of wine! The place is very convenient and many restaurants are within 10-15 min drive. The only thing is parking, the garage was too small for the truck to park so we parked along the street and it worked out.Overall it was a great stay, many places to go eat and hike.Jan is amazing and responds to any of the questions we had within minutes!Thank you for the wonderful stay
I had forgotten about Seattle hills, so the stairs were great exercise - hah! The kitchen is decked out for ANY cook. No restroom on the entry/living room floor was a bit odd, but oh, well. Pre- and post- communication, the visitor instructions, etc. ALL fantastic.
We had a wonderful time at the townhouse. It was just minutes from downtown, which was very nice, and allowed us to explore Seattle. The kitchen was well equipped, which we used to make dinners, and the rooms were cozy and comfortable. We would be happy to stay there again, and we highly recommend this home.
We have been staying at this lovely townhouse for around 10 years. Great location, 1 mile to downtown and stadium. House is clean, spacious and well stocked. Parking is a little trickier these days as there have been several multi unit condos that have bedn added in the neighborhood- so street parking is harder to find. Our Subaru Ascent only fits in the garage if we put it in at a angle. But for the location and price- definitely worth every penny- even with parking challenges. Thank you for having us again R &J!!!
This was the best location for my family to all join together and see Seattle. Everything we wanted to do was less than a 10 minute drive away. We had no problem with parking. The layout of the home was perfect for our 3 year old & 6 year old to run around while we all could sit and talk. Jan was an excellent host checking in and had great communication. We walked to linen field to watch the football game. Highly recommend this location for anyone who wants to visit the city of Seattle!
Group of 7 in town for a short stay. Great place. Everything we needed was available. Timely communication. Close to bus stops. Parking can be a challenge if you have a large vehicle.
We had a wonderful time in the heart of the city. We are from Florida and have family in Washington and Portland Oregon. Everyone was able to come and go for the 4 days we were there. We visited Pike Market, Bainbridge Island, beautiful scenic overlooks and Tampa bay Rays games. The location was perfect to take the bus or Uber rides to most places were about $10.
The house is perfect with comfortable beds and living room. The kitchen was well equipped and lived how everything was labeled.
Would definitely stay here again or recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Seattle.
Loved the property! Everythingâs clean and fully stocked.
Difficult to park anything except a compact in the garage tho - just as a heads up.
Thank you!
Wonderful townhouse with good connection to public transportation. We were 5 persons in this well-equipped, clean and comfortable place. The owner thought of everything needed. Fully recommended.
Beautiful house with all the needs available making it homely and comfortable. Around area is a bit tacky and congested. Homelessness is making this area unsafe and unattractive.
This home was perfect! My aunts and cousins traveled to Seattle to visit my cousin who newly moved there. It had everything we needed and then some. The owners had thought of everything to make the stay feel like you were home. It was the perfect amount of space for us to spread out but still gather in the living space. It was very close to the bus stop as we mostly used public transport. I would highly recommend.
While our primary residence is in Longmont, Colorado this town house is our personal home-away-from-home that allows us to be near our Seattle-based children and grandchild. We may live in Colorado but we kayak and hike, bike and explore the Northwest from our Seattle base!
We love Seattle and all it has to offer...a seemingly endless list of things to do in the city, and within day-trip range of the Cascades (including Mount Rainier) and the Olympic Range. This locale affords easy access to mass transit & freeways to get us where we want to be quickly.
