House Rules:

Quiet Hours: No music after 10 PM.
Occupancy: Maximum of 6 guests allowed. (Extra guest must be pre approved) For 7 or more guests, a fee of $200 plus a $100 cleaning deposit will apply.

Event Policy: No parties permitted; only gatherings are allowed. (Gatherings must be pre approved) For gatherings of 7 or more, an additional fee will be charged to Airbnb’s AirCover, along with a non-refundable $100 cleaning deposit.

Maximum Guests: No more than 20 people at any time.(Extra guest must be pre approved)

Pets: No pets allowed.

Smoking: No smoking inside the property.

Pool Area: No bottles or diving in the pool area.

Parking: Please do not park vehicles on the driveway if they leak oil. A $100 cleaning fee will be applied for any oil stains on the driveway.

Heating Fees: A $30 additional fee applies for heating the pool and Jacuzzi.
