This is a non-smoking property.
+2 day stay minimum.
+Home is for registered guests ONLY, no exceptions. +We DO NOT rent to local El Paso residents. You will be asked to upload your state issued ID and you will be not be refunded.
+No pets.
+No pool parties or events. NO POOL PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND.
+No loud music after 9pm.
+NO SMOKING allowed on the property, this includes around the outside perimeter of the property. If you or anyone in your party is a smoker, then this is NOT the house for you. If we find evidence of smoke in or around the home, you will be charged a minimum of $500 up to $2000 cleaning fee.
+Keep in mind there is NO LIFEGUARD AT THE POOL.
+The pool is 9ft. deep on the west end.
+There is no gate within the backyard around the pool.
+You will need to use the pool at your own risk.
+Children should be monitored at all times.
+No Running around the pool.
+The Pool is not heated. The jacuzzi is heated. Please send me a msg if you will be using the hot tub so I can send you the operating & fees instructions. The pool and hot tub is closed from Oct 01 through March 31.
+*Hot Tub* There is a $25 fee (per 4hrs) to turn on the hot tub. A property representative will stop by to turn it on and off for you if you elect to have this service.
+There are checkout procedures in place to ensure a smooth check out. Please refer to the manual at the front entrance.
+For your protection and the security of our home, we have 4 cameras installed around the exterior of the property. 1. Ring Doorbell 2. Over the garage facing the entrance 3. Outside the backdoor facing part of the pool 4. Over the pool equipment facing George Dieter Dr.
