V., une piscine extérieure, un grill et un terrain de volley-ball de 4 carrés. De plus, il est situé à seulement 15 minutes du centre-ville d'El Paso, à 5 minutes du parc national de Franklin Mountain, à 10 minutes de Fort Bliss, à 5 minutes du centre commercial et à 15 minutes de l'aéroport. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants, grocery stores, the house is spacious and really clean, and the best is the host because she answers back immediately when you have a question or need something.

It was a nice home just needs update dirty on the doors ,,, we got dishes were dirty the pool water was not clean we had trouble checking in he didn’t answer like 3 hrs later but the idea of home was cute

Good Time

We had a lovely time at your home. We enjoyed the space and definitely made memories to treasure. All though we did have fun, we found a few things with the house to be unpleasing and inconvenient. We rented the house to use the swimming pool and were a bit inconvenienced to find the pool was not cleaned. We also felt that the back yard needed upkeep (weeds, sweeping and of course pool cleanliness). I would also like to add there are a few things in the house that need to be fixed. Tiles in the bathroom, doors that don't lock, chipped molding, light fixtures inside and outside.

This house was dirty

I’ve stayed at many vrbo and this was truly the worst experience. I should have read ALL the reviews ahead of time. First the positive— the rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. The host was also very responsive. But there were so many issues with this house! As someone already stated, the master showers doors were about a foot too small and caused a big gap in the shower. The toilet was wobbly, the kitchen outlet for the coffee pot was extremely wobbly and felt dangerous to use. There was a hole in one of the kitchen drawers. The air vent was noisy and so was the plumbing. There was no attention to detail: I had to find my own hand and kitchen towels . There were some in the garage but we also found a wet garage floor, perhaps a washer leak? One of the rooms is a garage conversion and the vent was closed so my kids froze the first night, which happened to be below freezing. The worst was the lack of cleanliness. The floors and carpets were dirty. And there were actually DIRTY dishes in the dishwasher! Not what I wanted to find in the middle of a pandemic. The host did credit my cleaning fee but this house was not worth the money we paid. It needs a lot of repairs and is very noisy. I will not be returning.

Perfect spot for a groups!

Brought the family to catch a miners game. Location was great and the home was roomy! It was perfect for what we needed! Thank you for sharing your home with us, we all slept great and are very grateful!

Don't rent this property

This owner ruined are weekend plans we had rented the house for the sole purpose of using the pool and an hour before check inn the owners messages me telling me that the pool is not working its not clean or filled all the way. So he offered me a full refund which I accepted, he didn't even give me the full refund and he said for the rest of my money I had to contact VrBo which is super inconvenient when I wasn't the one who didn't have to pool ready it was his mistake, it was a bad experience I would not recommend getting this property save your self the headaches. It also has very poor reviews from other people that have stayed there so don't waste your money or time on this property.

Best quality family time!

This house was perfect for our stay! I have family in El Paso, and instead of me going to each of them they were able to come to me to spend the day with me as if they just came to visit and I lived here! We made lots of special memories and I’m glad the house accommodations were perfect for my family of 6. My own El Paso family has even considered getting it for a weekend to get together! That’s how much we all loved this house! Hosts were very friendly and responded VERY quickly! Thanks again! Ohhh and the beds were very comfy!!! đŸ€—

When we got to the house, there was a notice from the day before on the door from the city water company that the water had been shut off due to a possible leak. This is something unpredictable. My issue was that I messaged and didn't receive a response from the host. I ended up calling the next day and finally got a hold of the host. He said he would call a plumber as soon as possible. I guess the company he uses to upkeep the house called back and asked for us to shut the water off until the plumber came. Luckily the leak was outside. We had to keep opening and closing it because there were 10 of us and we had to use the facilities and shower for our event. The plumber didn't get there until after 5pm. The bed in one of the rooms was broken. As soon as my dad sat down it caved in. Parts of the floor were sticky. The toilet in the bedroom was very loose. The shower door seemed to have been replaced and it didn't fit. There was a gap when closing it to shower and one of the panels didn't reach the bottom so it wobbled and seemed like it was going to fall off when closing it. The air vent in the restrooms didn't work and made a horrible screeching. The pool was kept clean, there were plenty of pans, cooking spoons, plates and cups. No silverware but we had disposable silverware.

Horrible experience

Property is in dire need of basic repairs like back doors Locks, Ac, and cleaning. Pool was green upon arrival , Ac read 100+ degrees in the house. The only number we could see was the one, rest of screen was blackout on purpose. I would not invite anyone to stay here and we did not stay. We only got a third of the monies that we paid a month in advance. They knew we were coming and did not care to prep the house for our stay. Manager was asking us to adjust Ac with no instructions and telling us the pool people would come the next day by 12. Our country is in the middle of a pandemic, the reason we chose a private property vise hotel was because we wanted to minimize our family exposure to other people. Property manager was asking us to welcome unknown pool cleaning crew on OUR vacation. Extremely poor choice to allow your clients to go unchecked.

Evaporated air in the desert!

I took a while to write this review ......I did not want to be Upset while writing this! I booked this without any reviews on the home. Huge mistake. First no central air condition, Second pool was cloudy, and Third ants in kitchen and one of the bedrooms. I did call the homeowner and let him know about the air conditioner. He said he would have someone go take a look at it nobody ever went. I told him about the pool said somebody would be there early Saturday morning to get it taken care of. They showed up Saturday mid day when everybody was in the pool because it was too hot to be inside the house. We didn’t pay much for our stay. You definitely get what you pay for with this property! VRBO has always been so good to us it was my first bad experience. The property did say it had air-conditioning but it was awful!
