Welcome to your serene vacation retreat in Cape Coral! This beautifully appointed home features 4 bedrooms and a spacious patio with a heated pool. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, you’re just moments from restaurants, shops, and easy access to Fort Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva.

Step inside to find a relaxing living area with comfortable seating and smart TVs for all your streaming needs. Enjoy friendly competition in the second lounge equipped with a pool table. The fully stocked kitchen includes major and small appliances, a coffee bar with a dual machine, and ample dinnerware for home-cooked meals.

The master suite boasts a king bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower, plus direct patio access. The second bedroom features a queen bed, smart TV, and ample closet space with its own en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom includes a queen bed, a pull-out twin trundle, and a convertible couch, along with a smart TV and plenty of closet space. The fourth bedroom sleeps four comfortably with full-size bunk beds, a smart TV, and ample closet space. The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower, easily accessible from both the hallway and patio—perfect for pool days!

Outside, the large patio offers outdoor dining, lounging, and a grill for memorable meals. Or step down to the dock to watch for dolphins and manatees swimming in the canal!

Additional amenities include high-speed internet, household essentials, beach gear, pool inflatables, two bikes, and a cornhole game. A weekly cleaning service is available for added convenience. Guest will have access to the entire house, pool area, and yard
There is parking in the driveway for 4 cars. The owner utilizes the garage for storage and will not be available for parking.

We manage this beautiful vacation home for the owners and are available by phone or text anytime during your stay. There will be a comprehensive house manual at the property as well as online and we will send your check in details and directions the day before your arrival date.

Please note: the minimum booking age is 25 for this property.

Please inquire BEFORE booking about pets. We will consider some small furry friends (40lbs and under), but would like to know something about them first. There is a $100 pet fee.

The pool does not have a barrier, so children must be kept under supervision at all times in any outdoor areas.
Pets. We will consider small dogs (no cats) under 40lbs but ONLY with approval. Please inquire BEFORE booking and tell us a little about your furry family member. There is a non-refundable $100 pet fee. If we give permission for a furry guest, please ensure they stay off the furniture, beds and out of the pool.

Pool: Please note that there is no pool barrier, so children of all ages must be supervised at all times. You (occupant) agree to assume all risks associated with the use of the swimming pool and of the swimming pool’s existence on the property and will not hold the owner or property managers liable.

The pool is serviced once a week, so please leave the screen door to the pool open. Please do not touch the pool controls and please notify us if there is an issue. Thank you for your understanding!

This home is a private residential community and we kindly ask that you respect the neighbors and community as a whole. Please keep noise down before 8am and after 9pm.

We know you will be considerate, but understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately so we may assess and notify you of any replacement/repair charges if applicable.

Please read through the house manual provided online and in the property, to familiarize yourself with the house and our expectations of guests.
