This beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo offers stunning ocean views from the living room, kitchen, lanai, and primary bedroom, which also boasts its own private lanai. Conveniently located within walking distance to Maalaea Harbor, restaurants, and shops, you'll have easy access to all the island's best amenities. This condo is in a direct oceanfront complex, offering prime opportunities to view turtles from the shore, and whales during whale season.

The condo has recently been entirely remodeled, featuring a brand new kitchen and bathrooms, stylish new furniture, and fresh paint throughout. It is fully stocked for your vacation, with a fully equipped kitchen and all the beach gear you need including chairs, towels, an umbrella, and cooler. Great condo in a central location

The condo has an amazing ocean view and sits between Kihei and Lahaina making it easy to get anywhere on the island in under 30 minutes. The condo is well stocked with everything we needed for our trip from kitchen utensils to beach chairs.

Nice Condo with a Great View

Great condo to stay in with family when visiting Maui. The space was clean, bright, and mostly updated. The view from the condo was beautiful and the location was great. Only complaint was that the A/C units were a little noisy when using them at night. The host was great to communicate with. Overall, great place to stay.

The perfect vacation experience!!

We had a great stay at this gorgeous beach condo! The building is oceanfront and you can see sea turtles swimming by the rocks in the ocean. There is a beautiful ocean view from the living room and master bedroom which we were super excited about! The condo feels fresh and new and the beds were super comfortable. The pool area was always quiet and enjoyable. We liked staying in this area because we had a few boat trips booked and we could walk to the harbor, there’s also a bunch of restaurants and cute shops within walking distance too. We were pretty central to many of the places on island that we wanted to visit, so I would recommend this area and condo!

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our condo stay. The place has everything you will need, even beach chairs! It was clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked and the balconies were nice to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. My only complaint was the mattress in the main bedroom. It is time to replace it. I slept in the couch most of the week because I could not take the worn out mattress. If you replace that mattress, you will have a perfect place!

Amazing location for first time to Maui!

This was our first time to Maui and I wanted something centrally located to other spots on the island. Something clean and modern and family friendly since we have 3 children. This place did not disappoint! We were only about 30 mins at most in each direction, with the exception of the waterfalls. I will need to go do the road to Hana for sure on our next trip! We had an amazing time and big beach is close enough to make a great day of it. Pool is still close but no real beach for the kids. If you’re staying in the area they just added a Starbucks too and a new restaurant called Haven by the aquarium. A must! Will definitely be back. Great trip for 9 days! Ma halo to the units staff!

Overall the unit was ok. Felt outdated and not a place of great comfort. The balcony furniture was so dirty it was not enjoyable to sit and relax out there. The kitchen chairs were very uncomfortable. The a/c unit did work but was very had to regulate in the whole condo. The master bedroom a/c unit was absolutely awful. It’s loud and us right next to your head while laying in bed. It was on my side of the bed and it was about 18” from my head blowing air at my face. Location of the unit is convenient if you’re going to be traveling to all different parts of the island. Although not in the beach, it’s just a short walk to get to a gorgeous beach that you could walk 3 miles to Kehei. The pool at the condo is small and the chairs are awful.

Aloha, We are so sorry that you had so many challenges during your stay. This condo was just remodeled in September of 2024, so we are truly surprised about the “dated” comment. We do apologize for how you felt about the lanai furniture. The lanai and furniture was cleaned off the day of your arrival, however the lanais can get dusty in a matter of hours with our trade winds here, just a part of life on a tropical island. Thank you for the feedback on the bedroom AC, central air in not common on Maui, so we do have 3 separate ACs servicing this condo. We have not had any issues before this, and we will definitely take a look at that bedroom AC today, and have all of them cleaned and serviced. We are glad you enjoyed Sugar Beach, it is one of the longest stretches of beach we have here on Maui and it’s great for walking. Warm Alohas, The VIP Team
