Welcome to Kamaole Beach Royale #403, located in the heart of Kihei, Maui!. Enjoy a spectacular views of the ocean, beaches and neighboring islands in this recently remodeled condo!

This beautiful condo has just been remodeled and is tastefully furnished and decorated. A brand new split A/C system with handlers in each room for your cooling comfort. The condo features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large private lanai, accessible from both living room and master bedroom. Each bedroom has a king bed and the living room has a queen size pull out sleeper sofa. The main bedroom opens to the double lanai, which overlooks the beach & ocean. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo, allowing for a nice separation of space. The kitchen is fully stocked for any culinary needs you may have! The condo comes with complementary high-speed Wi-fi and a working desk in the living room.
We stock beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and umbrella for our guests, so you are beach ready!
Kamaole Beach Royale is located right across the street from Kamaole Beach #1 in South Kihei. Kamaole Beach #1 is one of three famous beaches within easy walking distance of this complex. The condo is also close to a wide range of shopping and restaurants ranging from local fast food, ice cream, to fabulous seafood and fine dining as well as rental shops for snorkeling and beach equipment within a block of the condo.

Cancellation Policies and Options:

Travel Insurance – Please look into this as your first line of defense, as it limits losses for both parties. All of the major booking sites offer trip insurance that you can purchase at time of booking. Also, many credit cards do offer some sort of travel reimbursement as terms of their program, please check with your credit card company as well, should you chose not to protect your trip with the site you are booking this reservation on.

For bookings without Travel Insurance, we have the below options:

Cancellations - 30 Days or More before check-in, Renters will receive a Full Refund, minus a $99.00 Administrative Fee

Cancellation 29 Days or Less before check-in, Renters will forfeit the total rental amount. The total rental includes all charges on the paid-in-full invoice.

There are NO Refunds for Early Departure.

Great Location, Close to Beach, Restaurants and Shopping

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great Location. 3 minute walk to a nice beach. Some food places in strip mall right across from the condo entrance - popular bakery, fish and chips and a cafe. Also a place to rent stand up paddle boards. There's an ABC store 5 minutes walk away by Texaco gas station. There's 2 shave ice places closeby, I like Gus' Hawaiian shave ice in a VW bus. The 4th floor view was great - you just step onto the lanai to see great sunsets and the islands of Lanai and Kaho'olawe. The unit itself is good - nice kitchen, dining room, living room, lanai and one of the king bedrooms. Well equipped unit with beach mats and chairs. However, the second bedroom is smaller, doesn't have a view and a little dark. Still has a king size bed. If you're sharing this unit with another couple you might consider adjusting how you split the cost. The pool was good. The BBQ area on top floor was good, but no shade. One issue another reviewer mentioned - we have a crawling baby and the floor was a bit dusty. We notified the management company and they promptly had someone come and clean it up. They also repaired a slow bathroom sink the same time and showed me how to work the tv controls. The main lesson is to promptly call or text and they'll take care of it quick.

Truly lovely, excellent location, very comfortable!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Holy buckets is this ever a lovely place! So conveniently located within walking distance of all sorts of shops, great beaches, food options, etc. Comfortable beds, beautiful view, great amenties in the unit. Nice deck on top of building with a lovely view. Note, however, that the pool is NOT available to temporary guests. (That is the one and only negative I could even think of.)

Great place to stay in Maui

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we loved the place except for some minor things.We loved: The condo is located in a great spot! The beach is half a block away, there are a number of really good eateries and a grocery store right outside the condo building. The condo itself is spacious and has a large deck with ocean views. You can hear the ocean in the evenings/at night. The condo building has a rooftop BBQ area which is really great for having dinner with ocean views! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dinnerware but they don’t provide any of the essentials (oil, sugar etc.) for cooking so be sure to stop by a grocery store. They do have a Keurig machine for making coffee but you need to use an adapter that’s in a drawer on the bottom right of the machine (this took us a while to figure out). Our stay was very comfortable. The property management company is very responsive: we asked for an extra blanket and got it right away. Note about parking:On one of the nights, we couldn’t find any spots in the condo parking lot. Contrary to what our reservation email said, there is no overnight street parking anywhere close to the condo: on S Kihei Rd, you’re only allowed to park 7a - 7p. The side street has parking spots but apparently those belong to the strip mall and they’ve posted signs saying as such. So we called the property management company (at 8:30pm) - they worked with the condo manager to find us a reserved parking spot for the rest of the stay!! Things that could be better:More bath towels and bigger sized towels: There were 4 of us staying and we were provided with one towel each. The towels were kid sized. Having 2 towels per person and a larger adult sized towel would’ve been great!I understand not providing things like shampoo and cooking ingredients like spices. However, they provided very little dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and gargbage bags (we stayed for 9 days) - these a

Nicely updated and in fantastic location

This was our second time in this condo - and we enjoyed it even more than the first time. The unit is nicely updated and very clean. Location is perfect for walking to the beach and restaurants. Looking forward to coming back again soon!
