Welcome to Aqua Vista #174, a Landmark Vacation Rentals home and your perfect getaway in the exclusive Ocean Ridge community of North Topsail Beach! This modern 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom vacation home offers the ultimate blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience, just steps away from the sand. Located on the second row, this stunning property boasts breathtaking ocean views, a private hot tub and beach access, and access to a nearby community pool, making it an ideal retreat for a family vacation or a beach escape with friends. This home is dog-friendly, ensuring the entire family can enjoy the trip (an additional non-refundable fee of $300 per dog applies, with a maximum of two dogs allowed).

Step inside this beautifully updated home to discover fresh, coastal contemporary decor and open, airy living spaces designed to maximize natural light and capture the essence of beachside living. The main living level features the living room, dining area and kitchen. The large oceanfront deck accessible from the living room features chaise lounges, a large picnic table that seats eight, and Adirondack chairs, perfect for sitting with morning coffee and admiring the view of the ocean and listening to the roar of the waves. There are two bedrooms on this floor, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. The two rooms are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom. Another bathroom is located in the hallway.

The third floor encompasses the master suite which has a king sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and ocean front deck access. The fourth bedroom is also on this floor and has a twin over twin bunk bed and a twin over full bunk bed. The top floor has an additional living space with a TV.

This home comes with a crib and a high chair. There are 5 Smart TVs throughout the house. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day a the beach. There is parking available for 4 cars in the garage and driveway and a keyless entry lock on the door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note all top bunks and sleeper sofas will not be made. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you!
