This light filled and airy North Topsail home is perfect for large family gatherings. It boasts 5 queen beds and 3.5 baths and sleeps 10! Enjoy a weekend retreat, or just plain old fashioned fun in the sun! Sleeping arrangements consist of four bedrooms on the 2nd floor with two Jack and Jill full baths and the master bedroom located on the 3rd floor with it's own full bath.

The well equipped large open kitchen/dining/living area and expansive deck for ocean views and outdoor dining is sure to delight. Also enjoy a 1st floor grilling area with ample off street parking for the whole group. Gravel parking area in the front of the home can accommodate a 20 foot boat!

Unforgettable fun filled days! Come stay and enjoy everything Surf City has to offer. Our home is waiting for you to make those summer memories. Imagine morning coffee on the second or third floor deck watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean, enjoying the sun during the day or sitting out on a warm summer evening with a glass of wine as you look out at the ocean or the night sky.

Simply wonderful

It was almost like being at home - except for the ocean. The owners have anticipated needs and filled those needs. Everything is very easy from confirmation thru checkout, the beautiful beach was an incredibly short walk away and the ocean views from the decks are so relaxing! Great neighborhood! Beds were comfortable with nice linens, furniture allowed room for everyone and incredible game nights at the large dining table!

Family Reunion

Wonderful stay here to celebrate our parent’s 70th wedding anniversary. Great location with easy access to the beach and ocean views. Property is equipped with everything you need. Plenty of parking, seating around the dining table and in the living room.

Amazing!!

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a vacation rental as clean as this one was!! There were no pet odors or stains. We all loved it and the beach access was so close. The house was stocked with everything we needed. We really want to rent this house again, but with 3 senior citizens in our group, the stairs were a bit difficult for them. We will definitely check out other rentals from this host.

Excellent Vacation Home

One of the best vacation homes I’ve ever rented. Everything was as described or better, the house was well stocked with kitchen equipment, overall the house was well appointed and the furniture was comfortable and in good condition. There was a ton of beach equipment there even though we didn’t get to use it that often. Hurricane Debby made for one of the worst weather vacations we’ve had, but we made the best of it! This house was the perfect size for our group of 9 + 2 dogs. There was enough room in the house to provide seating at the dinning room table, around the living room and outside on the porches. Even though it’s not directly on the beach (we typically rent oceanfront) we had a nice view of the water and the walk is very easy and convenient. We will most definitely consider renting this vacation home again!

Great property for large groups of friends and families. Clean, steps from the beach, plenty of beds and sitting areas, fully stocked kitchen with everything you’d need, and plenty of beach chairs for the whole group.

Comfy and well appointed home!

My husband and I wanted to spend a month in Surf City—far from our Midwestern winter—close to the beach and near our son’s house. This house is only a block away from a public beach entrance in a friendly, quiet neighborhood. We fell in love with the floor plan, and the master bedroom is right off the kitchen. All other bedrooms are below in the second floor. Our 1-year-old Sheltie loved all the stairs! The owner and manager were wonderful. Very responsive to our questions and even let us check out late on our checkout date, since they didn’t have anyone checking in right away.

Beautiful beach house with every amenity

We had a great long-weekend stay in Rachel’s home. It was clean and welcoming, and she’s thought of everything! The kitchen is well stocked, there are plenty of towels and beach towels, hooks in the exact spots you need them, and great deck furniture. She’s also an extremely responsive host. We highly recommend this home!

Wonderful Beach Home!

We had a wonderful stay with extended family. We even survived all of the stairs ...maybe helped burn calories that we also enjoyed!! We wanted for nothing and were very comfortable in this well-outfitted home. The views and walk to beach were great! Would love to see additional seating on the top-level porch where we spent most of our time in the evenings. The gas grill (kept inside for safekeeping) was great to have! We never did see the mentioned fire pit, that would have been a welcome addition. This is a lovely beach home that we look forward to renting again in the future.

Loved waking up every morning to drink our coffee outside on the deck. Beautiful, clean house. The house was set up so nicely. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. And the location to the beach was less than a minute walk! The stay was well beyond our expectations. Will be coming back again.

Surf City Perfection

Our Family now believes we have found Heaven on Earth.. This is the Most Beautiful, Well Appointed, and Clean Beach House we have Ever Encountered!! All we needed was some food & a Bathing Suit.. The Upstairs Porch was Our Favorite Spot with Incredible Views and Comfy Seating…The Beach was a 2 minute Stroll Away. Cannot Thank You Enough for Such Amazing Accommodations! Everyone was Blown Away!! We Hated to Leave… Hope to see you Next Year!

We will be back!

This home (notice I didn't say house) is absolutely beautiful. Pristine condition. Unbelievably close to the beach access area. Very quiet neighborhood. Very short driving distance to grocery stores, etc. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with just about any kitchen utensil you could ask for. The pantry actually had room for use go put our groceries away so they weren't scattered all over the place for a whole week! Two decks for ocean viewing. I would say that if a person has trouble with stairs then this isn't the place for them. There is one flight of stairs to first level where bedrooms are located and another flight to the main living area and kitchen. On the plus side, between beach walking and those stairs it is the first vacation that I have ever lost weight! Beautiful home. Owner very responsive throughout whole process. Wish there were six stars for a rating as this place merits six stars!

Location perfect!

House was clean and very nice lightly decorated beach theme. We really appreciated the provided linens towels and other supplies to get our vacation started. Bedroom and bath Layout was perfect for our group. Walk to beach was easy and short. Easy bike ride to down town. We have stayed in many homes at surf city over the years. Most beach front. The location of this home was the next best thing to beach front. We liked everything about this house!

Great time during the holidays

We had a great visit with our three children and their families. The house was well provisioned with games and well stocked kitchen. The location to the beach was perfect.
