Beachfront Bliss Villa underwent a stunning renovation in 2025, now boasting a chic, "Nantiucket"-inspired design that exudes luxury and tranquility. Offering panoramic, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and breathtaking sunsets over Galveston Bay, this BEACHFRONT villa is just steps from the sandy shore and Pointe West Beach Club, making it the ideal escape for unforgettable moments with family and friends.

This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat is designed with relaxation in mind. Whether you're savoring your morning coffee or dining on the expansive balcony, the stunning ocean views and soothing sound of the waves will help you unwind. With high-speed WiFi and four Smart TVs, you’ll stay connected and entertained throughout your stay.

"OCEAN HAVEN" LIVING ROOM
The "Ocean Haven" living room offers wide-open views of the Gulf, complemented by decor that blends coastal charm with modern sophistication. With a Smart TV featuring ROKU, you'll have endless entertainment options. The living area opens to a spacious balcony with cozy seating and an outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying meals together. Inside, the banquette dining room seats eight for a refined dining experience.

"BAY VIEW HIDEAWAY" FLEX ROOM
For family time or a private retreat, the "Bay View Hideaway" room is the perfect space. It features a daybed as a coffee table and desk. Just step outside onto the balcony for stunning sunsets over Galveston Bay.

"SERENE WAVES" PRIMARY SUITE
Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean in the "Serene Waves" bedroom, which includes a king bed, two nighstands, and a Smart TV featuring ROKU. The en-suite bathroom is a spa-like retreat, beautifully decorated with a walk-in shower and tub.

"SUNSET RETREAT" 2ND KING ENSUITE BEDROOM
The "Sunset Retreat" offers a king bed with breathtaking views of the bay. The en-suite bathroom includes a shower/tub combo.

"BEACH BUNK ROOM" FOR KIDS, TEENS & ADULTS
The "Beach Bunk Room" offers a unique and playful bunk bed setup, perfect for both kids and adults. Featuring four twin-sized beds, this bedroom is thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy, featuring individual lights and outlets, ideal for relaxing with your mobile device in your own cozy nook.

"COASTAL KITCHEN"
The fully equipped kitchen at Beachfront Bliss features modern quartz countertops and stylish blue glass backsplash. It has all the amenities needed for family meals, from high-quality cookware to children’s dining essentials. Coffee and hot chocolate Keurig pods provided for your enjoyment.

Every aspect of Beachfront Bliss is designed to create a relaxing, memorable beach vacation for families and friends.

*There will be a $600 deep cleaning fee for violations of house rules including the no parties or events, and no smoking or vaping rules.

*Pointe west is a premier family destination in Galveston. In that spirit please keep noise from 10pm - 8am to a minimum out of respect for young sleepers who need their rest.

*Minimum rental age for the property is 25 years old, and must occupy the property for the duration of the stay.

*Your safety is important! There is a ring camera on the doorbell pointed out to the common, public area hallway. There are no cameras or recording devices within the home or patios.


GUEST ACCESS:
There is 1 covered parking spot in the garage labeled #201. There is additional free parking in the lot outside the building and around the circle near the Beach Club.

There is a beach equipment closet in the garage in location #4.

Pointe West Beach Club and Resort Fee
The Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned entity that offers resort-style amenities for guest enjoyment. According to Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 9 guests is allowed. Pointe charges an additional fee for access to the Beach Club amenities, applicable to ages four and up. The fee is $25 per person (ages four and up) for the entire stay (not per day) if you wish to enjoy these amenities.

Amenities include:

- An infinity pool overlooking the Gulf
- A lazy river pool on the bayside
- Hot tubs and fire pits
- A gym
- A restaurant and bar with seasonal poolside service
- A stocked fishing lake with a pier
- Outdoor grills
- A locker room
- A game room featuring a pool table, ping-pong, poker table, basketball, shuffleboard table, and foosball
- Golf carts and bicycle rentals are available for an extra fee.

Wristbands can be obtained at the Beach Club reception during business hours (9 AM - 5 PM off-season, 9 AM - 6 PM peak season). The Beach Club's physical address is 4161 Pointe West Drive, Galveston, TX 77554.

Located on Blue Water Hwy, Freeport, TX, the Kelly Hamby Nature Trail is a 5.6-acre day-use facility situated about one mile southwest of the Galveston toll bridge. It features handicapped-accessible parking, a walking trail, and beach access for swimming. This natural habitat supports various bird species, including scissor-tailed flycatchers and orchard orioles, as well as migrant birds like buntings, tanagers, cuckoos, and warblers. Don’t miss the annual Monarch migration in late September and early October.
