The property is well maintained and clean. The location was ideal for us. I had communication with the manager which was timely and helpful. Overall a great stay and good value.

We were in the area for a HS graduation, the location was perfect. The house was immaculate, inviting and very comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with, check in process, flawless. I will definitely choose this house again when I’m in the area.

Spacious three bedroom home close to the ski mountains.

Our family had a great time in the home during our ski vacation. The house had spacious accommodations and close to the ski mountains and shopping. I recommend this property for anyone who is interested on visiting Salt Lake City and surrounding areas.

Great base for national parks!

We were visiting our daughter (at U of Utah) between Spring and Summer break and this location turned out to be a perfect to visit her on campus but stay a little farther south of the city to cut off some time getting to the National Parks we visited. We also saw the Thanksgiving Point attractions as well as the beautiful tulip festival which was very close by. The home was beautiful and well equipped. We missed the garage door opener in all our comings and goings (last guest I think mistakenly took with them) but the owner was responsive to our questions/emails. Great stay!

Good location

Pros:-Location was good. Plenty of amenities. We picked this location to visit for a wedding. Thanksgiving point is near by and not far from other outdoor activities if you're looking for that.-house was a good size for family-playground and park across the street-garage parking-quiet neighborhoodCons:-House was dirty upon arrival-poor communication with owner/property manager which seem to be one in the same-bedding was not the same as in pictures. There was also not any extra bedding for in any closets.-some broken furniture.-coffee/snacks shown in pictures not available

Disappointing per other reviews

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at this property. Unfortunately, the reality of the accommodations fell short of the expectations set by the listing. Several issues impacted the quality of our stay.Firstly, upon arrival, we discovered a broken chair in the living area. This immediately raised concerns about the overall maintenance and care of the property.Secondly, the garage door opener was missing, which was a significant inconvenience. We relied on the garage for parking, and the absence of an opener made accessing the property cumbersome and time-consuming.Cleanliness was an issue. The showers were dirty, with visible grime and lack of proper cleaning. This was unacceptable and made us feel uncomfortable using them. Furthermore, the pull-out bed under the bunk beds was also dirty, with noticeable crumbs and hair present. This indicated a lack of thorough cleaning between guests.In addition to these issues, the kitchen was not as described. It was not fully equipped, as we found ourselves lacking essential items such as foil and plastic wrap. This made meal preparation more challenging than it should have been. We also discovered there was no dish washing machine detergent provided, which was inconvenient as we had planned on running the dishwasher during our stay.
