This updated downtown Boyne City condo is a beautiful 3 BR, 3 BA unit in the heart of summer fun! Lots of windows & skylights let in tons of natural sunlight making this spot bright & cheery. Features include a large loft master bedroom with king bed and full size bath (upstairs loft). On the main floor, you will find a 2nd bedroom with queen size bed & full bath and a 3rd bedroom with 2 full beds & a full bath. Enjoy fully equipped kitchen including coffee bar (coffee provided), fireplace (winter months), private outdoor balcony overlooking the town and lake. There's also a covered parking spot. Condominium complex is equipped with an elevator for your convenience.

This comfortable retreat is close to the Harborage Marina and just steps away from public beach, restaurants, tap rooms and shopping in downtown Boyne City. Quiet hours for Boyne City are 10:30pm to 7:00am. There are other owners in the building that will appreciate adhering to quiet hours.

No parking on streets from 2:00 - 6:00 am for snow plowing. Covered parking for 1 vehicle. Additional vehicles park 1/2 block away in the winter.

Cozy condo in a great location

We had a great stay in Boyne City. The condo had everything you would need and was in a perfect location downtown. It was nice being able to walk to restaurants and shops. Would recommend.

Amazing location!

We had such a great visit at this property. Working fireplace, full kitchen with all the necessities. Comfortable beds with plenty of bedding, more than enough space for our family of 5. Only 10 minutes to Boyne Mountain and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

Just perfect!

We stayed over MLK weekend to enjoy some skiiing at Boyne Mountain. The proximity of te home allowed us to walk to dining options. The drive to Boyne Mountain was only about 10 minutes. The accommodations were exactly what we needed. There were 5 of us (2 adults 3 teens) and the beds/bathrooms and bedding was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed and the common area had a cozy fireplace and comfortable couches. The hosts were very nice and regularly checked in with us to make sure we were okay.

Enjoyed 8 days to relax with friends and family. Great local golf. Very close to local restaurants that were fabulous. The best appointed kitchen we've ever seen. Loved the coffee bar

Fantastic place!

Five of us gathered for a weekend of visiting relatives and enjoying the area. The condo was perfect for that - plenty of space and perfectly located for dining and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We fell in love with Lake Charlevoix in 2020 when we visited for the first time as a get away during Covid. Since then, we have visited many times and dreamed of owning a place there. We wanted a place where we could make memories and enjoy time on Lake Charlevoix. We purchased the condo in August of 2024 and if you look at the reviews, you’ll know why. Eric & Sheri were amazing hosts and we plan to continue as they did. We hope you love our place as much as we do and that you make cherished memories here too.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The condo is gorgeous and the location is the best in the city. Walk out the door and you are downtown. Walk to everywhere including restaurants, shops, the marina & Peninsula Beach (2 minute walk across the street). Perfect for Stroll the Streets in the Summer and all the other events Boyne City has to offer. 6 miles to Boyne Mountain too.
