This large, updated 3-bedroom townhome with an additional loft and 2 full bathrooms is within walking distance to Mammoth Village and the Gondola. It sleeps up to 10 people, includes a private hot tub, and has a two-car garage.
This modern townhome is the perfect base for your Sierras getaway. With 3 spacious bedrooms, a private loft, and 2 full bathrooms, it offers plenty of space for large groups. The open floor plan features a gourmet kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you'll need for entertaining. The living room includes a large sofa, two sitting chairs, and a 60â smart Samsung TV.
The dining area accommodates up to 10 guests and opens onto a private deck with a gas BBQ. Unlike many rentals, this townhome has no shared or common walls, ensuring privacy and quiet for your stay.
Bedroom #1: The master suite features a king size bed and its own private deck, an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool jet tub, a sofa/ sitting chair, and a 60â smart Samsung TV.
Bedroom 2: Two sets of bunk beds (twin over twin) for a total of 4 beds, along with a 45-inch smart TV.
Bedroom 3: A queen-size bed with a private patio and a large hot tub.
Bedroom 4/Loft: A private loft area with a queen bed.
Parking is a breeze with the private two-car garage, which also includes ample storage for snow gear and toys. Both the front door and garage lead to a spacious mudroom with a half-bath and in-unit washer and dryer for convenience.
When it's time to explore, you're a short walk from the Village at Mammoth, where you'll find the gondola to Canyon Lodge, as well as restaurants, shops, and entertainment.
