This stylish, newly renovated private apartment offers the perfect blend of modern convenience and classic elegance. Nestled in a central location, you’ll find yourself immersed in the vibrant heart of one of Richmond’s most sought-after areas.
Free Wifi including Disney +, in-unit washer and dryer and a smart layout maximizes space and comfort, ensuring you feel right at home for any type of stay in RVA! We are pet friendly, 1 dog allowed :-)
Step inside and be greeted by an open, airy living space bathed in natural light. The contemporary design features sleek, high-end finishes that create an inviting atmosphere. The freshly renovated kitchen is a culinary enthusiast’s dream, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, gleaming countertops, and ample storage.
The bedroom features a memory foam, queen-sized mattress. The full bathroom has a shower/tub and all the essentials. In-unit washer/dryer in the apartment! The light, open living room includes a sofa, Smart TV, and the breakfast bar comfortably seats three. The renovated kitchen comes fully equipped and coffee and tea are provided during your stay.
There is a small couch for the extra +1 guest in the crew :-)
Guest have full access to the private apartment. Entry is Smartlock, using the last four digits of your phone number as the code.

The apartment complex does have a parking lot, but requires a parking permit. Plenty of street parking available.
The apartment is located near the bottom of a steep hill, keep that in mind if anyone has mobility issues.
