Our lovely single story 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is the perfect getaway near all the tourism must-sees, and many restaurants and bars, indoor and outdoor excursions, shopping, and so much more. With sleeping space for 8 among 4 beds, enjoy our newly renovated home featuring a comfortable living space, dining area, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with new appliances and granite countertops, and bathrooms stocked with towels and toiletries (no need to bring your own!).

Our outdoor oasis backyard is the perfect place for gatherings with your group! We are happy to offer a sparkling private swimming pool to help beat the Arizona heat, lounge chairs for relaxing with your favorite drink of choice, a propane BBQ grill for the chef in your group, a one hole putting green, basketball hoop out front, and more. Enjoy time outside with a cup of coffee, reading your favorite book in the morning, watching the sunrise- or closing out a fun day of exploring the city with your favorite glass of wine at sunset.

Spring Break

Location of the house was great, we came on a golf trip and it was close to everything we needed access to. Pool was a little cold this time of year but was still a nice addition to the trip.

Great stay overall - would recommend

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house met our needs and was in a safe, quiet neighborhood just a few miles from the ASU campus. There was a minor problem with one of the showers, which didn't bother us at all. But what did bother us was a vague voicemail from the management company, the request to call them back, being put on hold for 10+ minutes, and then finally connecting and hearing a lengthy explanation of why the repair to the shower wasn't made before our stay. Literally didn't care about the shower and it was annoying and a little stressful because of the vague voicemail. It took time away with our son and I would have preferred they just left a note or explanation in the original voicemail. Aside from that, we liked the house, loved the location, and had a nice trip.

Perfect Bungalow

We came into town for a graduation and the home was perfect for the 5 of us. Shuffle board, swimming pool & putt putt added more activities for us to do as a family. Highly recommend. Great location.

College Visit

We visited Tempe to tour the ASU campus with my daughter who will soon graduate from HS. The house was perfect and had everything we needed for our stay. It was to cold to swim, but the pool and backyard would be wonderful additions to any stay a little later in the season. We would definitely return 😊

Perfect place!

My daughter’s sorority hosted a Dad’s Weekend and the whole family crashed! This place was perfect. The bedroom layouts worked well for our family. While it was too cold to go swimming, the pool looks so inviting. We did enjoy a fire in the fire pit and our 20 month old grandson LOVED the putting green. We did experience a small issue (not one that truly affected our stay) and we let management know and they were very prompt with their communication. If the whole family goes again, we will definitely book here if available.

It’s fine, but it’s not chic.

The pictures make you think this place is going to be great. It’s like the fast food commercials. It certainly doesn’t look anything like the pictures. The pool area needs a ton of help. There must be a serious leak in the pool, given the fact that they had a hose draped over the side running full blast the entire visit. The entire pool area may have been nice 20 years ago. We didn’t use the pool area much anyway, given the weather but I really just wanted to give future guest the truth because the pictures and description are completely misleading. The kitchen area reeked of something rotten coming out of the sink and the dishwasher area. The lighting situation is terrible. The blinds don’t match and look like they are about to fall off the wall. I never complain like this in reviews but given the vast difference in the description and reality, I had to. Look up the definition of chic (smart, elegance, sophistication, fashionable, trendy). If you can prove that this is true for this property I’ll take this down. It is tired and outdated.

Time With Family

I rented this home to be close to my son who lives in Tempe, and also be able to cook for his family and mine while there. This home was very cozy and had just about every convenient amenity a guest could need. I was very pleased with my stay and with the property overall, and would stay again!

Feeling at home / Away from home

It was perfect! I came to visit my son, soon to be, daughter-n-law and granddaughter. My future daughter-in-law was diagnosed with Cervical Cancer HPV. So I came to surprise her and cared for them for 2 1/2 weeks. I cooked, cleaned and babysat for them, too! Nothing like Mama's home cooking! It was perfect! Thank you for allowing us to share our time together.

Great house in a great location in Tempe

This house was great, it was close enough to everything around Tempe but far enough from the freeway you could not hear anything. The neighborhood was full of friendly people, even had the neighbor across the street apologizing for doing yard work we didn’t even hear going on. The house was cool and the AC held around 75 in the crazy AZ heat in the day, the pool was clean and had someone there cleaning it one morning. The rooms were decent sized. The pool was enjoyable in the heat and the host had several towels there. The only complaint we would have is the headboard in the guest room being a open bar style. It’s such a minor thing that we would definitely rent from the house again. The management group overseeing the property is easy to communicate with and fairly prompt on response time.

Property was very nice however the main reason I picked this house was because of the pool. The pool was extremely dirty and the pool vacuum wasn’t working leaving dirt and debris all over the bottom of the pool.

Repairs

There are several issues with the property. Lights dont work, fans won't shut off, hot and cold water switched, no live TV. With a little bit of effort this place would be a lot nicer.
