Welcome to your Sea Ranch retreat on the Sonoma Coast. This 2-bedroom house sleeps up to 6 and offers sea views, a private hot tub, and access to Sea Ranch’s trails, beaches, and recreation centers.



The Space:

Settle into an easygoing coastal escape designed for relaxing days by the ocean. The home sleeps 6 across 2 bedrooms plus an office with a futon, and includes 2.5 bathrooms for comfortable sharing.

An inviting main living area opens to outdoor space where you can take in sea views, soak in the private hot tub, and fire up the BBQ. Inside, a dedicated office with a laptop-friendly workspace gives you a quiet place to check in with work if needed. A washer and dryer are in the home for added convenience.



When you’re ready to explore, you’re well-positioned to enjoy the best of Sea Ranch—miles of coastal trails, multiple beaches, and recreation centers with outdoor pools and courts.

Important Things to Note

Parking: Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles; no overnight street parking. Overflow parking is available in a nearby lot. Parking passes are required and will be provided at check-in. No additional parking beyond what’s described.

Stairs: The house has stairs (see photos). Stairs are required.

Wi-Fi/Cell Service: Due to Sea Ranch’s remote coastal location, Wi-Fi and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable. Speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

Pet Policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $75 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed.

Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.



Getting Around:

Sea Ranch Amenities: Sea Ranch offers ~50 miles of trails, multiple public beach access points, and three recreation centers with outdoor pools, locker rooms, half-basketball court, and tennis courts (amenities vary by center). Facility reservations for pool and tennis are available on the Sea Ranch Association website; trails and beaches are open. Availability and access are managed by the Sea Ranch Association and may vary.
