The TV can swivel in all directions, while a desk and chair provide a comfortable workspace. The desk lamp comes with three USB charging ports, two AC outlets, and a night light. A dresser and spacious closet offer ample storage space.

Laundry room is fully stocked with detergents and features iron and ironing board.equipped. It has the latest technology Turbo LG washer and dryer.

Please note that the cleaning charge is not included in your quoted price for the following reason:

For longer-term stays, we are delighted to provide a comprehensive biweekly housekeeping service- a thoughtful perk that goes beyond the standard final cleaning typically offered. This service is designed to enhance your comfort and convenience, provided at exceptional value. However, VRBO’s system only allows for a single final cleaning fee to be included at the time of your booking, making it impossible to factor biweekly cleaning fees into the initial quote for extended stays. Consequently, these charges will not appear in your booking price.

However, once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a separate payment request via VRBO, sent to the email associated with your booking:
-For stays under two weeks: the cleaning fee is $65.
-For stays longer than two weeks, the housekeeping charge is $65 for every two weeks, with the last two-week period calculated as a full two weeks if it stays exceeds one week.

Housekeeping Service includes:
- Laundering sheets and towels and setting up the bed with fresh linens.
- Cleaning the bathroom, including the toilet, sink, shower, mirrors, and countertops.
- Mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and taking out the garbage.
- Restocking supplies such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and trash can liners for two weeks.
