BEFORE BOOKING, please make sure you and your group agree to follow quiet hours between 10PM to 8AM, absolutely NO smoking no cooking of food with strong smell and that you will declare the actual number of guests. We have external camera monitoring that will verify guest count and noise monitors in the house for security. In as much as we love hosting, we also need to keep our nice neighbors happy. Any violation will be subject to immediate eviction regardless of the time and you will lose rest of the payments. If these rules will not work for your planned use kindly look elsewhere, if good with the house rules we will otherwise be so glad to host you.
