Beautiful, tastefully furnished, recently remodeled, sunny and stylish, one bedroom suite with a short 2-3 min walk to the beach located just across the street. The suite has a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, stove, coffee maker, toaster, etc. This suite sleeps 4 with a queen bed in the bedroom and a day bed with trundle in the living room. Perfect location, close to the beach and downtown so you can enjoy all OOB has to offer!

Spend your Maine beach vacation in our modern fully renovated one bedroom suite! This unit is bright, stylish, comfortable and nicely furnished. Conveniently located steps to the beautiful sand beach and a short walk to the Pier, Palace Playland amusement park and downtown area bars, restaurants and shops.

The property is located across the street from the beach, a short 2-3 minute walk. We are also 0.3 miles from the pier and downtown shops and restaurants.

This unit is located on the first floor (one sets of stairs).

We provide linens, bedding, bath towels and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking (pots, pans, silverware, etc).

You can self-check into the unit using a code. It will be listed in the rental app under `check in` instructions and will be emailed to you with our welcome email a couple of days prior to your arrival.

We offer our guests complimentary high speed wifi, as well as Disney Plus and HULU TV with live streaming.

Please note that our suites are located near the train tracks that run through OOB. Please be advised about potential for noise.

Guests have access to their own suite and the patio area immediately next to the unit.

One labeled parking space (462). Additional limited parking available upon request.

We also have grills and picnic tables located next to the small building open for guest use. This space is shared with other quests.

We don’t provide beach toys or towels so please bring your own.

Please No smoking of any kind inside or near the front doors please.

Google Maps sometimes places the property closer to the Pier than it actually is. We’re about 0.3 miles away. For the most accurate location, please use 46 East Grand Avenue (our second building in the complex).
We kindly ask that guests respect our home by following a few simple rules: no smoking, no parties or events, and please remove shoes when inside. Pets are not allowed. Please be certain to park only in your designated spot. Thank you very much for treating the space with care so everyone can enjoy a comfortable stay.
