This bright, modern, fully equipped and air conditioned apartment has free wifi and English, Spanish and French television. It is situated on first floor (lift available) with large balcony overlooking one of the two feature swimming pools on the complex. Within easy walking distance is the Playa Flamenca Centre with a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants. Also many supermarkets and banks.There are several sandy beaches within easy walking distance. A local bus service gives easy access to the Spanish fishing town of Torrevieja.Car hire is available locally although not essential at this holiday location. Ideally suited for couples and families wishing to relax and enjoy the pools and beaches or for the more energetic within easy access are several golf courses, go karts, archery and gym. Meet and greet taxi transfer is available to guests.


Local attractions: There is a large street market at Playa Flamenca each Saturday morning selling a wide variety of goods from foods and drink to clothing, music and jewellery. Even if you do not buy anything the experience of this market is well worth a visit.
Enjoy typical Spanish village life at San Miguel a short drive from Playa Flamenca. The street market is also at this location on Wednesday
Near Torevieja visit the salt Lakes and see the Pink Flamingos or for a more energetic day enjoy the fun at the water park nearby with many exhilarating rides
For a relaxing night out enjoy a meal in the Plaza at Villa Martin where you can sit beneath the Palm Trees and watch the parrots flying overhead or listen to the free live entertainment which is sometimes on offer at the Plaza. There are several restaurants along the coast with live entertainment.
Torrevieja is the place to go for a night of dancing til the early hours in the top class clubs and bars in this thriving and lively City.
Nearby commercial centre has numerous restaurants and bars with entertainment for all

Have stayed at this complex before a few times, and it is situated ideally in the middle of all amenities. This property didn't disappoint, and I would book it again.

Great apartment with private parking

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Check in/out process very easy. Well sitauated for exploring the wider area of south costa blanca. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay

Lovely place overlooking pool, got sll you need to self catered, walk out the back of complex and 3 minute walk to the friendly bar, good food decently priced, walk out to the front of buildings, literally 4 minutes and your in lidle shopping store , 10 minutes walk and you are in playa flaminca bulivard, car parking in property though you dont really need a car. Transfers aranged by owner mike, Electricity is free, but aircon on 1 euro meter, but its quit cheep about 1 euro for 5 hours, we found this really good and cheep, true to owners word. Definitely coming back, in new year. Barry uk swansea.

Great communication from Mike. Apartment was very clean & had everything that you need. Perfect location. Lots of bars & restaurants within easy walking distance. Great stay again at this apartment super garden with beautiful pool, close to amenities of Playa Flamenca & only 20 minutes walk to Punta Prima where you find more bars and restaurants. La zenia boulevard is approx 40 mins walk away where you can shop till you drop. Thanks to Mike and Ian the key holder hopefully back next year. Lezinia b

Ideal location

Basic 2bed 2bath apartment on gated urbanisation with 2 pools and within easy walk-in distance of shops, bars, take-aways & restaurants. Apartment clean and practical. On arrival you are shown everything you need to know & Debs the key holder is great, very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Great apartment & location, perfect owner!

Very nice apartment with everything you need within for a great holiday. Situated on the 1st floor, up just one flight of stairs, the large balcony overlooks the communal pool and gets the sun during late afternoon/early evening - perfect time of day. Amenities, shops, bars, restaurants etc. are all within a short stroll. The beaches are just across the main road, but easily accessible. I highly recommend this apartment for a relaxing and enjoyable break. Mike, is a great owner and very communicative during the booking and check-in process. I would also like to recommend his colleague Ian, who is available for transport to/from the airport if required. He's also a nice guy and very helpful.

Short stay but enjoyable

On arrival I was met by Ian to collect the keys, I had arrange the pick time directly with him. on entering the apartment I found it to be spotlessly clean and their was everything you would need to enjoy my stay. The bed was very comfy and the bedroom light and airy also there is on suite bathroom. The view from the balcony is wonderful looking over the pool and also there is excellent balcony furniture including a large parasol to shade you from the hot sun. I had fantastic communication with the owner from the day I booked it and would definitely recommend the apartment, For me the location of the apartment is excellent and is in walking distance of lots of bars and restaurants. I will hopefully be booking for next year once I have decided on dates.

Outstanding! Wish we could stay forever...

I sit writing this waiting to leave for the airport. We've had the privilege of staying in Mike's lovely apartment for the last 6 weeks & could easily do another 4! I've never been so sad for a holiday to end. The apartment & it's complex are beautifully kept. Aircon throughout the apartment that is paid by the meter (€1=6hours). It's that good, we slept under blankets some nights. The apartment has everything you could need, including WiFi. Beds are very comfortable. On arrival we were collected from the airport by Deb who holds the keys & this was a great service. She was always on hand if we needed anything. The apartment was clean & tidy when we arrived & she explained how everything worked for us. The balcony over looks the pool & the sun comes around from about 3pm, meaning we could sit out & enjoy the sun until evening. The pool & grounds are very well maintained. The complex feels very safe and secure with its fob access doors. There is a grill door on the porch and a grill on the balcony meaning the main doors can be left open during the day & a lovely breeze comes through (saved us using Aircon all day). There is a lift just a few doors away making it easy to get the heavy shopping bags up to the apartment. The location is fantastic with a Lidl & Chinese euro shop just 2 minutes away. Lots of bars & restaurants 5-10minutes walk away & the beach 20-30minutes walk away. Now Mike (the owner), he has been wonderful. Very attentive. If I've had any questions or queries he's always just a text or call away. He clearly takes a pride in offering his guests the best holiday he can. We are very grateful that he allowed us to enjoy his beautiful apartment for the summer. We enjoyed it that much we have booked again!

Nous connaissions déjà ce coin, et les appartements sont bien conçus avec deux salles de bain, piscine ouverte jusqu 22h, manque un peu de nettoyage de précision , mais on a fait. Peut être un lave vaisselle serait bien? La clim est payante donc en plus, sinon dans l'ensemble pas mal du tout

La urbanización muy cómoda y con una piscina bonita y un horario muy bueno. Cerca de la.casa hay de todo lo necesario. Para la playa hay que coger si o si coche y la mejor es la de Capitán.

Fantastic apartment

We had a fantastic experience renting this apartment! Debs met us at the airport and brought us straight to the apartment. She showed us round, gave us fantastic suggestions as to where to wine and dine. The apartment was clean and absolutely perfect for a family of 4. The apartment looks directly on to the pool so the view is amazing. I would highly recommend it.

Fab apartment, fab location!

Smooth booking in process, owner responded to any queries raised and made us feel at ease. Few little quibbles, including washing machine out of order, shutters stuck shut in bedroom, some lights out and boiler not on ready for our stay but not enough to spoil it. The cleaner/key holder has recently changed so there are bound to be teething problems.. Owner has assured us that he is visiting property imminently to address issues and repair and replace as necessary. We would not hesitate to stay here again, the location was perfect for all amenities though when we have stayed previously we have hired a car so this time we were more limited to staying local. Overall this apartment is reasonably priced and spacious with a lovely view overlooking one of the pools.

Thank you Caroline for your review. As we discussed there have been a few teething problems with change over of manager/cleaner. Under normal circumstances light bulbs are checked before stay and replaced as necessary and a general check of everything else is made. I will be addressing these issues this weekend. Decent place to stay!

Stayed for 4 nights in the apartment. Was met by a lovely lady called Linda and her husband when we arrived. Apartment has everything you need. WiFi works great (needed with a teenager in tow!). The air con works really well. However, it wasn’t made aware that the air con is only useable via a coin operated system. It’s not expensive though at only €1 for 6 hours and we only needed it on after coming back from a hot day. Can’t complain at the price of it because the apartment isn’t expensive for what you get. The pool is lovely. Everyone was really friendly in the complex. There are 2 pools to choose from and there was always somewhere to sit round it. There are also sun loungers to use which is great (kept in the room where the washing machine is). We only used the 2 single beds so can’t say how comfy the double bed is but the only downfall I’d say is that the singles are uncomfortable and I could feel the springs. The location is fab and there are a few restaurants/bars only a short walk away. Food and drinks are reasonably priced. The apartment and complex is a Safe place to stay. You need a key fob to actually get in the complex and there is a shutter on the balcony (in front of the balcony door) that keeps it really secure. However, don’t do what I did and close the shutter while on the balcony (by accident) because we were then locked on the balcony! Thankfully I had my phone to ring Shirley who looks after the apartment (and is a very lovely lady). She arranged for a locksmith to get us out due to us leaving the key in the front door (stupid I know). Quick £90 gone! Mike, the owner is friendly and great at communicating before and after booking. If you are thinking of booking it, just do it because it really is worth it for the price you pay.

Thank you Adele for your lovely comments about your stay at my apartment. With regard to the air con it is actually stated on the web site that it is a coin operated meter at 1 euro per 6 hours. The two single beds are to be replaced with new ones for next year so should resolve that issue. The king sized bed in the main bedroom is new this year. I am pleased you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again in the future. Mike

Lugar estupendo con vistas a la piscina

Fue estupendo levantarse por la mañana y disfrutar de las vistas de la piscina. Cuando hizo mucho calor, pusimos el aire acondicionado y funcionó a la perfección.

Disappointed...that I'm home loved it!!

This property location is fantastic, walking distance to everything you require. The property itself is a fantastic size, very comfortable and has everything you need, apart from your beach towels. The balcony overlooks the pool which is beautiful and theres always space to sit around it. Mike himself was first class and got back to me very quickly with any queries I had and made this very easy even arranging an airport transfer. We were met by a lovely woman Linda who met us at the correct time and pointed out where everything was when we arrived. So to conclude, apartment, locality owner and our lovely Linda were all great and we'd love to go back again.
