The outdoor living space is designed for unforgettable days and evenings. Swim in the brand-new heated pool, soak in one of two hot tubs, and enjoy sweeping red rock views from the spacious decks. Gather around the fire pit, fire up the BBQ, or share meals outdoors with seating for 12—all in a backyard made for enjoying Sedona.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for group cooking and shared meals. Prepare dishes with the refrigerator, microwave, stove, stainless steel oven, dishwasher, and cooking basics. Serve dinner at the indoor dining table for 10, gather at the kitchen island for 4, or use the apartment’s bar seating for 2.

Living & entertainment
Inside, the main living area features a large sectional and a second sofa facing a 50` LED 4k Smart TV. Board games, Wifi, and Ethernet connection provide both relaxation and connectivity, whether you’re winding down or catching up on remote work.

Essentials & comforts
The home is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans. A washer, dryer, ironing supplies, and drying rack ensure convenience during longer stays. Essentials such as towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are included, along with safety features like smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a first aid kit.

Attached apartment
The connected apartment offers additional privacy with its own entrance, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and hot tub, allowing guests to stay close while enjoying their own space.

Access
You’ll have private entry to a single level home with no stairs and free parking on the premises. Self check-in is available via keypad. Located just a 10-minute walk from Uptown Sedona’s restaurants, shops, and trails, the home sits in a quiet neighborhood.

Pool Rules:
1. No running by the pool.
2. No walking on the pool cover as it will rip. Guests will be liable for any damage done to the pool cover.
3. Swim at your own risk.
4. Please keep an eye on all children around the pool.
5. No diving.
6. No food in the pool
7. Children must wear swim diaper at all times if not potty trained
8. Quiet hours 9pm-9am (please be extra courteous when swimming at night and keep noise levels down).
9. If you remove the pool vacuum please remove the whole thing and disconnect it from the wall and place it gently near the pool pump

This home is in the heart of uptown 10 minutes walk to the best restaurants on the Sedona strip! This is a very quiet neighborhood! No noise or lights after 9pm outdoors per Sedona city ordinance.

Transit
You can walk, bike, or drive to the nearby Uptown area, where there are plenty of shops and restaurants.
