Unit 1-102 is located in the highly desired building 1 in the gorgeous oceanfront complex of Kona Makai.
With stunning ocean views from both the Lanai and Bedroom, this unit is literally steps away from the ocean.
This ground floor unit is well equipped with a spacious bedroom featuring a king size bed with tempurpedic topper, a new LG air conditioner, and the spacious bedroom windows open directly to the ocean. The primary bedroom also included a smart TV! The bathroom includes a shower/tub combo. The large lanai is perfect for whale and dolphin spotting, enjoying meals and watching the breathtaking sunsets. The open living room and fully equipped kitchen are inviting and comfortable and the living room offers a queen size sleeper sofa with a hybrid mattress topper for the comfort of 2 additional guests. The unit is also situated just a short walk from the fantastic pool and spa located directly off of building 1.

The remodeled kitchen (as of October 2024) includes brand new features: New LG refrigerator, full size LG washer and dryer (ventless with heat pump), new LG induction range and microwave, Bosch dishwasher, all new cabinets, countertops and sink. Also added are a 55" LG OLED SMART TV! and ultra fast gigabit internet in the living spaces with a bedroom extension. The unit has two desks for working if needed and a full complement of beach and sport gear are also provided.
The Kona Makai complex is a beautifully maintained & highly sought after oceanfront complex located on famous Alii Drive, just 1.3 miles from Kona town. This wonderful complex features exquisitely manicured tropical grounds, ocean front pool and spa, sunny lounge area, two work out rooms, eating area w/ premium gas BBQâs, tennis courts, ping pong table, ample parking, and is gated during the night for security.
