What a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing vacation. It was clean and well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. Grace provided us with excellent information regarding the check in process and information about the cottage. She even checked to make sure we were having a good time. We met very nice people during our stay. It felt like a neighborhood. The people we met have been enjoying the cottages for years and that says it all. The pool was an added benefit. We couldn’t ask for more.

The property was clean, well-stocked and in a perfect location. I had an issue with the cooktop but a repairman was sent promptly and the issue was resolved. I very much enjoyed my stay. You cannot beat the location!

We had an amazing time! The location did not disappoint. Easy to the beach and the pool was great. Family friendly, quiet, cozy and very comfortable. Very clean, everything you need is provided, including chairs, umbrella, beach towel etc. Also pet friendly! We will go back for sure. Grace and Charlie (hosts) were very attentive, I had a couple of questions before we got there and she responded very quickly. Thank you for a great stay!

This is our home away from home. We have stayed here several years now and we love it. Hosts are very responsive. Easy check in and out. Perfect location steps to the beach. The kitchen has recently been updated and a bonus washer and dryer makes it perfect for longer stays. It is well stocked too.

This lil home away from home is such a gem! We very much enjoyed the short walk to the beach, local coffee shop (Grove is amazing for breakfast and coffee!), and pool. The house is small, but everything we could’ve needed for a great week in Indian Rocks Beach!

Our host responded quickly to our concerns...everything was very clean..we were provided with everything you would need or forgotten when going on vacation. Colors of decor was perfect..very comfortable from beds to couch...we had bottled water upon arrive which was a great idea..we were thirsty...thanks Grace and Charlie.

We had an amazing time at this picture perfect little cottage. Perfect location across from dog park and steps away from ocean. This place looks identical to the pictures on Vrbo. Everything was well maintained and had great amenities. Definitely 5 star

This was the most incredible stay. Loved every single minute of our time here. Perfect for our family of 4. A little piece of paradise!

We loved our stay here!! The place is small but well equipped with everything you need for a great beach vacation. It was perfect for our family of three. We loved being able to walk out the door and be at the beach in just a few steps with the bonus of having a pool by the beach! And the host, Grace, is super friendly and responsive! Absolutely AMAZING! Our cottage was perfect in so many ways for my husband and my spring break. It was like we were the only ones there. Quiet, charming, clean and had beyond everything we needed. Grace was absolutely amazing, and attentive to making our stay the best possible. The view and beach were breathtaking, and the heated pool impeccable! We have found our hidden treasure! Best place on the beach

We have stayed in these cottages four times and each time we enjoy it more. You are just steps to the beach and the pool. Very friendly atmosphere where you can grill out at your cottage or sit in the chairs outside on the deck. Grace was our host and the communication was great. We will stay again if we get the opportunity.

Wonderful place

Grace was very responsive as a host. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. Just steps to the beach. Walking distance to restaurants. Will be returning next year! I wish I could keep this place a secret! It’s that good.

Fabulous!

Perfect spot for us! Second time there, different cottages. This cottage was perfect size for us; very clean; plenty of linens, and beach equipment; hosts very proactive and responsive to any questions. Location is perfect, not too crowded, but near busier spots if desired. Plenty of room on beach every day we were there. Pool very clean and relaxing. Nearby food outstanding! Definitely our favorite vacation spot. Highly recommend!

Nice. Quiet getaway to warm Waters!

I was immediately impressed at the accuracy of the listing to the property when we arrived. The house was nicely furnished with a fresh feeling, And had all of the basics that you would need to feel comfortable for the week. When I discovered the beach cooler had some mildew because of standing water, Grace immediately dispatched her maintenance person to deliver a brand new one at our doorstep within hours. She truly cares about your stay and about you being comfortable, which is very important to me. The property and the beach were not super busy and loud and it was the perfect way to spend a week relaxing and actually getting to swim in the Gulf. We saw fish in the water swimming near us multiple times which was just amazing. Next year I am bringing my daughter to this wonderful Paradise!
