This property is immaculate. Lots of room, beautiful backyard with propane fire pit. It was wonderful drinking a glass of wine around it in the evenings. Very close to town and all the activities that St. Augustine has to offer.

The best VRBO we have ever stayed at! So very clean and every single amenity you could ever need. Location close to everything, we felt safe in the neighborhood. We had an issue with a floor/tower fan not working that we wanted to use, and the owners promptly sent a brand new one and a box of sweet treats for our inconvenience. Do yourselves a favor and stay here when you are in St. Augustine.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in St. Augustine. The location was excellent — just a very short drive to the downtown area and anywhere else we wanted to visit during our trip, making everything extremely convenient.The house appeared to be new inside and out, was very clean, well equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The spacious living area was perfect for our group to gather and enjoy quality fellowship time together. We especially appreciated the large dining table, which easily accommodated everyone and became a favorite spot for meals and card games.The kitchen had everything we needed and was stocked very well for cooking and entertaining. The backyard was another highlight of our stay — beautiful, relaxing, and comfortable. We spent a lot of time there in the early mornings and late evenings enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.The hosts were also incredibly attentive, accommodating, and quick to respond throughout our stay, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable and stress-free.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

What an excellent property. Very central to downtown and everything you want to get to in St. Augustine. The owners and support staff were very communicative and extremely helpful! We accidentally delivered a package to the home after we left and they were able to assist us very quickly and were very prompt with responding to us during Christmas time. The house was as described and more!!

What a fabulous stay we had at this lovely home. Everything was very close to this location. The home was so comfy and offered everything that was needed and then some. Very communicative owners. We really enjoyed our stay at your sweet little house. Very clean and comfortable. My ONLY moment of, I wish this was better, were the curtains. Wish the house had blinds instead of curtains that would allow light as well as privacy. The glass door in the kitchen especially made us uncomfortable without a blind. Other than the curtains and lack of, we loved the house. Very cozy! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Comfortable and clean

Nice stay. Like, said above, very comfortable and clean. If you like to walk, can get to downtown without a car in 20 minutes. Nice, quiet neighborhood.

A Christmas to remeber

We loved the house and the decor. The kitchen was well supplied. The girls lived the waffle bar and called it an ice cream bar. Nice fenced in back yard-great for relaxing.

My family and I loved staying here. It was the cutest little VRBO. It was a good baby moon stay for me and my sister. This place had everything you could possibly think of, and had all of your essentials in case you forgot anything. This host had the cutest waffle bar. Unfortunately, we did not have time to take advantage of it, but such a cute and unique thought. Check in and check out was such a breeze, and the host were so sweet and very quick to communicate back with any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for having me and my family!
