My sisters and I really enjoyed our stay! The location is excellent, and the neighborhood was so charming. More than enough room for the 3 of us. The host always responded quickly, and the free tickets came in handy. We hope to come back in the future!

We had a fabulous time in this beautiful charming 1903 home for my birthday weekend with the family. The location was perfect with it being only an 8 min walk to the fort and St. George Str. The hosts were extremely welcoming and were quick to answer any questions we had. We enjoyed the use of their kayaks as well and were able to paddle up to the fort! We would stay here again in a heart beat. Thank you again for an amazing time!!!

Husband and our 6 kids stayed at the Tinner House and loved it! Plenty of space for all of us and we really enjoyed the daily free tickets and that we were within walking distance of so much! Peaceful little neighborhood right outside the hustle and bustle, so nice.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The host is very friendly and responsive. The house is clean, comfortable and located on a safe, quiet street. The location is great and is walkable to tons shops, restaurants, museums, and historic sites. The lighthouse, beaches and alligator farm are a short drive away.

There is absolutely nothing negative that can be said about this home! It's spotless, cozy, homey, and perfectly located. The charming character has been retained while being updated for modern comfort. If I were pressed to find an issue, it would be that the downstairs screen porch could use more furniture because that's absolutely where everyone in the house will want to have their morning coffee!! There really is not a single complaint to be had with this home and we can't wait to come back!

Fantastic house, walkable to so many places (shops, restaurants, fort, fountain of youth, etc). This is the complete opposite of rental situations where the photos are better than the actual house turns out to be — in this case the photos don’t do justice to the size and cool vibe of this historic property! Really lovely to be close to all the action but nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay

We had a wonderful stay at The Tinner House! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing getaway. Communication from the hosts was excellent from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive to any questions and quick to help with anything we needed, which made the whole experience seamless. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s an easy, walkable stroll to downtown and the historic fort, so we were able to explore without worrying about parking. One of our favorite finds was the coffee bar/tap room just down the street—it’s absolutely adorable and a must-visit! We truly loved our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay and this is a fantastic place. Location is perfect. Everything was as we expected. There are a few small maintenance issues that need to be addresses, but nothing that impacted our stay.
